No flaw, as in I analyzed every aspect of movie making for its time period. And the techniques used, wether it be directing, blocking, cinematography, music composition, lighting, color,, sound, and the biggest criteria I place is editing and screenwriting.
That is one aspect the general public tends to gloss over the most; editing. Those 3 films, stand on the pinnacle of "Hollywood" Rewatch those 3 movies intently and stop it when there's a lapse in execution.

Here are some films that come damn near close to perfection (below) in terms of Hollywood film making, which is very specific that abides strictly to certain rules. These rules came about over the years, and have been studied and refined scientifically by the great filmmaking minds. Film school is just a celebration of said rules, and are instilled and demanded that they be upheld and heralded to protect the art form to the highest class (that's why this space tends to appear snobbish). Think of how there are specific rules when playing 9 ball billiards, or the Marquess of Queensberry Rules. If the Oscars were a true representation of what constitutes the highest level of filmmaking then "La La Land" would have won the Oscar for best picture instead of "Moonlight", "Moonlight" is a great work of art but a far cry from traditional style of what constitutes a proper "Hollywood film" that abides by these set rules.
