Also very important regarding Mar A Lago: As part of the Conservation agreement, 23.5% of Mar-a-Lago's value is assigned to the National Trust of Historic Preservation. Again not considered in the valuation. There are several cases where Trump was so blatant as to claim 100% of the cash of partnerships of which they only hold 30% ownership.

Trump committed clear fraud. I hope the banks he defrauded gets their - as Z4 would say - mason jars ready.

Court cases like this make me proud of being American. There is still justice in the world.
