Of course a thread making fun of people with health issues makes it to 5 pages.
I used to think silence had a sound (sounds stupid, ik)
That everyone heard that high pitched ring in the dead of night
But apparently i just fuked up my ears or some chit. Had it for decades though, so you learn to live with it.
Opposite of people who have no inner monologue, only to perceive outside sounds.
Fking lmao @ waking up & making fun of people with valid health conditions. (ded fkn srs)
Typical misc low. Then some of you want to put cancer victims in your sigs (pun maybe intended, idk).
Obv roll bread is obv & misc gonna misc, but lmao just lmao

What do you want to bet that all these posters in this thread with ringing in their ear eat an absolutely disgusting garbage diet, have plenty of horrible habits, and have never ever ever looked into any natural remedies and obvious proven methods of solving this issue? And instead just go to see some moron doctor and maybe take one or two pills which obviously don’t work.

I already know the response, you’re going to say that berg is a quack, and it’s totally fine to eat sugar, and supplements absolutely don’t work and are a snake oil, and this is precisely why you have ringing in your ear, because you are ideologically dug in. Have you ever gone to any celebrity doctor? Someone who actually treats rich people and athletes? I bet you have not, anyway, enjoy your ringing,
Generally, for things like this, you have to take the shotgun approach, that means that you must do absolutely everything that anyone has ever recommended for this condition in very generous amounts, and for a very long time, and you must eliminate every and I mean absolutely every bad habit that you have in your life, you are absolutely not allowed to make any exceptions, and then the ringing in your ear will stop, that’s the way it works, everything else is just cope and excuses.

Many years ago I regrettably use to be one of those people who would always say "that's an excuse" "it's a cope out" "it's all in your head" "you are just too weak to do what you need to be doing"
A lot of these things are very real. And they do affect you . The can hold you back but that's SOME THINGS not EVERYTHING.

If I was you I’d watch Dr berg videos on this condition and write down everything, start doing all of it day 1. Take out all sugar and caffeine from Diet, no grains. Try carnivore. Give it a month. Go to a great chiropractor and ENT. Stem cells a must try. Seems to work for everything… what do you have to lose? No drugs or smoking. Fresh air hours daily. Get off all electronics for a month. Turmeric, you get the idea, the list of things is endless, do them all.

kusok backtracked, but he has a small point about how the medical system won't really talk too deeply about how a nutritionally induced inflammatory environment might augment damage to the neurological pathway behind tinnitus, after it has been triggered by something
that brings me to quoting your specific post - it made me reflect on how certain manmade environmental engagements, such as playing the drums or working in factories/industrial plants, are horrible for human physiology
the auditory system of a human being is not meant to get so much banging without cutting-edge isolation equipment
in fact, this is even more of a kusok-style holistic care type of argument
good reminder to be a welfare leech if I ever have to work in a noisy factory
good reminder to set volume limits on my Samsung
good reminder that concerts are overrated anyway

Im eating dessert so i wont get into the details of how lifestyle and psychology play a role in things like reflux, fibro, anxiety and so on.
I am in the camp of a lot of these things being avoidable. Like screen time in kids etc etc.
But why lump tinnitus with all of these lmao
1) its a symptom, not a condition
2) there is no medication for it, so there is no doctor pushing pharma on you hoax

Stress and diet and lifestyle as a whole most certainly play a role in reflux.
Im glad the PPI is helping you. Adjust lifestyle and you probably wont even need it hopefully.

The mental health meds just mute it. When they wear off it comes back, or it could be withdrawals, or both. At this point it's hard to tell.
It could be an allergy as they did have me eat a lot of milk products to rebuild my protein. Maybe it's a milk allergy?
It's hard to know.
