I've always said, there's genetic levels to the sports.
What MMA bums think of as titanium chin and destructive knockout power is seen as average in boxing. Boxing is a deeper sport with a far, far, far deeper talent pool.
Ngannou is only a monster puncher in MMA. His chin is only diamond in MMA.
Now you know why Ngannou never made it as a pro boxer and had to transition to MMA, because it was the easier sport to become world champion. And within a few years, with his rudimentary boxing skill, and enough time to learn take down defense, he managed to become the most feared MMA HW champion in its history.
In boxing, he couldn't make it out of the 2nd round without suffering major brain damage from an actual boxer who can punch. No, NOT MMA punch. BOXING PUNCH.
Ngannou can eat punches from bums like Cyril Ganes, Stipe Miocic, Derrick Lewis, Alistair Overeem, all day, all night, never flinch, never get knocked down, never get knocked out.
But you see, there's LEVELS to this chit. In boxing, getting punched by a genetically superior freak like Anthony Joshua is something else entirely, as you can see.
You MMA bums were deceived by how close the Fury fight was, because you lack insight into the fight game. Just like how Mcgregor chose Mayweather, Ngannou chose Fury for the exact same reason: it was a safe fight because they knew they were going up against a feather fisted boxer who couldn't hurt them. Thus, this gave the (false) impression that those boxing matches were closer then they actually are.
In reality, high IQ people who know the fight game like me, knew that despite the fight LOOKING close to the eyes of the normies, McGregor would never, ever beat Mayweather. 100/100 times, he would lose. And Ngannou, despite the fluke knockdown, was never beating Fury, 100/100 times, Fury would edge that fight out.
This is what separates the elites from the pretenders in combat sports. It's not something glaringly big and obvious. No, it's always the small details, the intangibles, the .5%, that separates whether you are world champion elite, or just another journeyman.
Had Mcgregor gone up against an actual puncher in his first boxing fight, he would have gone to sleep like Ngannou did.
Boxing will forever remain the superior sport, because it attracts the superior physical specimen of the world. MMA will always get the left over rejects who couldn't cut it in boxing.
BRUTAL black pill.

Chang,
You critique MMA bros very loud on the misc.
But when no one is watching, I'm sure you fap to UFC.
I'm sure.
I'm sure you like the sexy degenerate tattoos of UFC fighters.
There is a racial explaination for everything.

I want to say at least he made $20M, but with taxes, trainers, agent etc I fear he will be left with only a paltry sum for a potentially life altering KO.

nice midwit take that exposes your lack of experience in combat sport.
Nobody is talking defensive technique, you retard. We are talking raw chin.
When all your defense fails, and you inevitably get hit flush, your chin is what determines whether you shrug that chit off, or get KO'd into the shadow realm.
Antonio Margarito, Marvin Hagler, Triple G, Canelo, Mayweather, James Toney, Evander Holyfield, David Tua, just to name a few, these are all genetic freaks with titanium chin.

it's shame we didn't get to see FN at least throw a right. good for AJ, but it would have been nice to see him take a shot and be tested

What do you think about Travis Roesler?
Let me tell you what I think.
This guy has superhuman reflexes. He's better than most pros. Yet he is not a pro. He is the greatest boxer who is not a boxer.
Look at that dodging ability. He is superhuman for sure.
