Not sure how I came off as angry or malevolent, but that was definitely not my intent
'Angry teen' lol, sounds like you're the one that's a little upset
Didn't think this could cause a big chit show since everyone on the misc is used to talking chit

I did however, assume that you have been lifting for longer than 19 months
Just thought you could lift more from looking at your avi

No grudges here either.

In other news, I went for a run when it was drizzling rain yesterday
Had my new iPhone 6 tucked in my Under Armor sleeve as well as my hoodie
Came back and the touchscreen doesn't work…

Extremely fukking rustled, I know water damage voids the warranty but the indicator on my phone doesn't show signs of water damage
Got an appointment tomorrow, pray for me

Oh dam I'm officially out of protein powder. Guess I have to re-order soon or else I'll be screwed for the next few weeks in training. Hopefully I can get some meal money next week to cover it.

Speaking of protein powder, I've gotten into the habit of using it with water as a substitute for milk and pouring it over cereal. Fukin hnng.

You could always buy a bunch of cans of tuna. If there's a Walmart nearby, they have chicken breast for cheap.

Ya, it's great, chicken's $10 regardless of weight. I think like 5 or 6 breasts.

Yup. Varies between 800-1000g per pack. I'm sure the aren't the highest quality poultry on the market but that's an easy 1000+calories and 250+g of proteins right there for 10bucks.

I would go to costco too but I don't have any membership to it and the nearest one is too far so it would be a waste in gas no matter what.

My local Walmart usually has them up to 1.2Kg I think.

@FNH. Costco's losing its edge; egg whites aren't much cheaper (~80 cents per litre), chicken breast is more expensive…basically nickel and dime savings. I think it's best for veg or beef unless you can hop on a Metro or Superstore etc. sale.

Costco is sh*t for fruits/veggies. Literally the only reason I go there is for greek yogurt and burger buns and patties.

Now that I think about it, other than those things, Costco is sh*t in general.

If you buy frozen fruit at Walmart it'll run you 3x as much. I only go for a few things and I agree they're losing their competitiveness.

RIP Costco. It used to be I'd go there and stock up without even really looking at their prices cause I knew it'd be better. But now I go and look for **** that's on sale. Time for Costco to start coming out with Flyers so I don't have to waste my time walking around (this will never happen)

I'll still gladly pay $20 for a bag of their buffalo chicken strips though hnnng those are good

whats sunrise farms?

yea sometimes you gotta watch prices because its not necessarily cheaper there, but many things still are, they do have flyers but does not show everything on sale like when chicken becomes 5 bucks off per pack.

Whoa whoa whoa I'm on the poverty frozen chicken breast time. I can't afford that fresh chicken breast unless I'm shopping in the states. Sunrise Farms is the brand of the frozen chicken breasts at Costco. Brb $30 for 4kg of frozen chicken breasts…I buy like 3 boxes when they go on sale and people Bert stare me.

Oh yeah frozen fruits are ripoffs everywhere but Costco. I only buy the blueberries though since they're 2kg for $8 but the strawberries and whatever are like $20 fuk that.

Blueberry season coming up here anyways, won't need to buy them frozen when I can get unlimited quantities fresh every day
