Too close…but at the end of the day I'd rather they lose like that. But yeah definitely surprising.

The Bears and Jets games are going to be key to securing that draft pick. I'm afraid we'll find a way to win a couple of more games this year and once again end up seeing another team get the top players we need or trade down for a boatload of draft picks.

I hate actively rooting against the team but it will be for the best long term to tank.

So when Chip says its a personnel issue when asked why he isnt running a more hurry up offense, what exactly does he mean? Does he not think they are smart enough to execute it?

Offense seems to be getting better. Hope its something to build on.

He has openly said that the team lacks talent and he adjusted some things to work with what he has.

So a no call on that last play against kerley? He pats have gotten away with a lot today. If those were called we should easily be winning this game.

Surprised to see this as close as it was

I take back that winning comment. Kap can't throw anything right now. Add that we don't really have a run game we suck again. We play two half a of football. The first half was good. Then we come out after halftime and suck

Kept it a lot closer than I expected for the first half but we got a bit lucky that Gronk wasn't out there and it was pouring like crazy. I'm so done with Kaepernick but it's still bizarre to see him play so well at some points and total dog chit the next moment.

I did like that Vance McDonald was out there making plays and some impressive plays. If he can keep catching the ball well he can be a pretty good player. The one catch he had where he slid down to grab Kap's low ball was great…where were those hands before?

If it weren't for his 0-8 streaks he'd be playing at his 2014 level.

I'm pretty surprised they didn't use Bennett more. He towers over our midget secondary and no way our linebackers can keep up with him. I kinda thought Brady had a bad game yesterday but it might have been the weather. (in b4 jerkoffs point out his stats to me)

Team is so hopeless, at this point our injuries our racking up, so whatever is left is getting hurt too, whether its a starter or a 4th stringer they're going down. Nobody in the stands, blown out each week, record long losing streak. Such a great time to be a Niner fan, this sucks.

I think we at least expected them to do better than Ron Jeremy. But I guess we were wrong. I didn't expect this. Honestly they have their moments and then look like the worst team of all time.

We are at the point were we have no real players anymore. And with all the injuries we having it will be worse. As we all agree we are in rebuild mode.

We look bad but unfortunately after everything is said and done we may fall out of the top 5.

Looking at our schedule Chicago and the Jets scare the crap out of me because they look like wins. Chicago is totally falling apart and killed by injuries. Jets QBs are awful and their defense is playing like ass. Hell even the Rams will probably lose to us once again and kill our draft position.

It's infuriating when you suffer a horrible season like this and can't even reap the rewards as far as draft compensation. I'm telling you if we don't get a top 2 pick it will be a big hit.

Top 2 pick guarantees the best defensive player in the draft, the best QB in the draft or a bounty of draft compensation via trade down. We need that badly.
