No spoiler version, 3 life paths: Street kid, nomad, and corpo. Don't directly effect main story but add slight variations and some dialogue options based on what you choose. Pretty much the prologue is different but once you get to the main game it's the same.

I mean, people have played the Witcher3 3+ times with zero different life paths so…if this game has as good of a story as it sounds like it will….yes, definitely will be worth playing all three life paths through.

Will wait for initial reviews on this one. Not really into the futuristic dystopian setting. But if it’s good I’ll buy it….just cuz there ain’t shyt else coming out for a while I’m interested in.

Saw some spoiler-free roaming footage while the upload lasted, think it was on PS4. Game seemed to run smoothly. Nice city design. Underwhelming crowd density, probable sacrifice for last-gen performance. You can get run over by cars if you're not paying attention and take moderate damage. You can find random loot and related stories while exploring (e.g. player ran into a dead body laying in a walkway for some loot, then was made aware of a bounty on his killer).

At this point the game feels like it's "here" enough that I think I'll go easy on digging for more leaks, so fkin close boyos.

I think we saw the same footage, that was PS5 ….. City looks nice, but yeah, the crowd density is actually really, really fkkn bad.


But take note, that this is running without that 43 gb pre-patch which is set to arrive on day one release and ps5 is set to receive a next gen patch next year which should hopefully add more crown density and other good stuff. Still, I feel pretty bad for people who have no choice to play this on older gens.

Some early access reviewers had reported high crowd density, so I guess it'll depend in part on where you are and at what time of the day.

Are you talking next gen patch or just current ps5 owners?



If I had a PS5 rn and the game was releasing, I'm definitely playing ….. No way I can wait out that long for some next gen patch that CDPR havnt even given a set date still, not to mention I'm sure they'll take their time first patching up the problems and bugs before some kinda next gen patch for consoles come in. So while the PS5 version wont have next gen upgrades, it still probably will be very playable and look great.



Plus anyway all this is moot anyway until we see PC's graphical settings and see what exactly consolers are missing out on.

I haven’t played a single player game since GTA5. And even then it was on a old monitor. So for me it’s gonna look like a next gen game no matter what. And I want to dive in while I still have the desire to get into gaming again. And I’m an impatient SOB.

Skipped a whole gen so PS4 games in 4k is quite the experience for me.
