There is no such thing as too much MF% and thinking there is a "sweet spot" affecting drops is not how math works.

Also they didn't turn on "worse drops" for evening play.

Comparing a session of mfing to another is bad, you should compare drops over 100 sessions.

I highly doubt you have done a substantial about of MF runs and kept track of everything to compare.

Everyone is mfing, if they aren't they are buying gear which is fine too.

I'm running into being fully geared with 400+ mf so there are less and less upgrades, but like you im waiting for pvp cause that is where the fun is.

Agree that speed > maxing mf. Whatever you can do faster is always better because of how MF scales. The speed loss in farming going from 400 to 450 to 500+ is always never worth it.

I just found an ormus (+3 to charged bolt... but the plus to cold % is nice). LMK if you want it (free). Also, I have a white monarch, you can use socket quest for max sockets (4) and make spirit. LMK

MF does for sure work. Higher the better. However people fail to realize the odds are stacked against you and even at 600% MF you can only get so good drops. I remember playing d3 n maxed difficulty with it being like 1600%++ MF and was a significant difference vs clearing faster with easier difficulty. Same goes with d2.

Here’s a secret, MF the whole game. You’re more bound to getting more rares IMO then mfing the same single boss thousands of times. I feel like they hide it opposed to slaying same monster over n over

I was OK with my 3k blizzard lmao. But I have trash gear on my lvl 76 sorc. Having a newborn, waking up early, and a game like Diablo doesn't work well.

I was rocking Sigons gloves and belt until today when some guy gave me Magefists because he felt bad I guess.

They're going through what spligate was going through... except you would think Blizzard would have this ready. They're getting peak numbers at random times throughout the week. Thousands of games being created at the same time from people doing runs.

Here’s the thing, there is undeniably less people playing today compared to the peak bot days. 15 years ago. Multiple keys/instances running on one machine, creating pindle runs every 30 seconds.

This is pathetic.

Goes to show Blizzard was tunneled into getting the game released and didn't think much about the upkeep part. It honestly worries me.

Most games nowadays have a billion microtransactions to give easy revenue to developers even when they're doing jack****. But with D2R the retail price is what they get - not as much incentive to maintain the product once it's sold during the hype period. Plus with items being sold for as much as they do in RTM websites, internally they must think server maintenance is for people other than Blizzard to make money.

implemented queue. i can't imagine the game having more players now than during the original version. they somehow decided not to rewrite the part of the code which deals with new server hardware and software, and now they're getting all kinds of login and game creation issues.
