Look at the recommended requirements on the PC side… 12GB Ram, a GPU with 4.4 TFLOPs, an i7-4790…
What does the Xbox One have?
It has 8GB RAM, 1.31 TFLOPs, and albeit a decent, but very old 8 core CPU.
It doesn't even meet recommended specs, but does exceed minimum specs. Xbox One X on the other hand has a more modern 8 cores CPU, a 6 TFLOPs GPU, and 12GB of RAM.
If you don't have a PS4 Pro, or Xbox One X, or PS5, or Xbox Series S/X, or a gaming PC that meets or exceeds the recommended specs… then yeah I'm thinking you gotta reconsider how you'd play the game for a good experience.
All that to say, Day 1 patches should fix some things that you might be seeing in early leaks.

FWIW footage on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro have mostly been fine but the base consoles are the ones with tangible issues.

just saw xbox one s gameplay, looks great, it was some fighting indoors and the graphics were pretty hnng for poverty console, also watched a minute of ps5 gameplay and hnng looks next gen. Cant wait for raytracing ultra pc.

I mean the Last of Us Part 2 and RDR 2 both already look like next Gen games themselves on the Pro. Some people act like it’s gonna end up looking like PS1 graphics if they play on the Pro.
