Sure she may have been the instigator but I don't get why he didn't just kick her out of the apartment and be done with it. Instead you lock someone on a balcony with no other means of escape. Definitely a very stupid decision on his part, we will see if that is considered a serious crime.

It was stupid, but the media have twisted all sorts of things as being intent to kill this woman, but no judge in their right mind would convict him for murder

Okay picture this, what if to get to the front door of his tiny ass apartment, he would have had to walk through a kitchen full of knives and other heavy metal objects with some crazy bish trying to hit him with everything she can get her hands on while she's clinging to doorframes resisting the whole time

One of the biggest things that gets me is that they're saying he's guilty of murder b/c by locking her out, he made her feel threatened to the point that her only way out was to climb down. So that means he is responsible for her death.

The problem with that is, she fell to her death15 SECONDSlater. I mean, it's not even like she was locked out there for hours and decided, "welp, if I'm getting out of here, climbing down is obviously the only way." No, 15 fukkin seconds after the door closed, she had fallen to her death. She was being completely irrational and continued to be up until her death. It's unfortunate and tragic as hell....doesn't make him a killer though.

When you are getting attacked you react in strange ways? Have none of you ever reacted weirdly before in stressful situations?
