Think of it this way, you're on a train that's going 60mph. If you want to run that fast, it's not as simple as just "stopping" and watching the train go by at 60mph because you can't get off the train (just like you can't exit the universe). So your only option is to run down the train at 60mph, which is, for all intents and purposes, impossible. It would still take more energy than you possess to get yourself moving that fast.
If you shape your beliefs off that your closed minded metaphysically speaking.

Yeah that's my point. The energy it would require to "remove yourself" isn't any different than the immense amount of energy required to go faster than light

I get sleep paralysis sometimes - most frequent is when I'm having disturbed sleep. Sick does it, but back when I worked nights and my wife was on normal hours, she would get up and get ready for work while I was still sleeping, used to have sleep paralysis almost daily because of all the noise/light disturbing me. I could hear her getting ready, listen to the sound of the tv etc., just couldn't move.

Most common hallucination in sleep paralysis is of something evil being in the room or sitting on your chest. Once I read a little more about it it stopped being frightening, now it's just boring - you're awake but you can't get up and do anything.

What movie? Sounds interesting.

The movie "Waking Life" talked about some of this stuff too. I saw it years ago, don't think it was that great, but I still remember a few of the interviews about dreaming.

The author Charlie Stross had a book "Accelerando" about life before, during, and after the singularity. His solution was that if all intelligent life eventually evolves into digital/simulated environments and upload themselves, it wouldn't travel far because the bandwidth would be so low that we couldn't squirt our minds to the new location.

I use to get this I had various brain scans and can't remember what the actual name of diagnoses was but stress was one of the main factors plus I have unusual vein in my brain that shouldn't be there **more than 13 years ago when I saw neuro DR ... I do not get it anymore

that's not a really good theory, ants don't have the intelligence a human does to be able to understand their surroundings, this is what separates humans from every other life form.

That's crazy. I know stress can increase how often people get them but maybe there's a physical explanation for it in the brain and the "unusual vein". Now that I'm older and less stress in my life I don't get them that often. Did you have stress from college etc?

Gobleki Tepe
http://www.nevworldwonders.com/2013/...ekli-tepe.html
A somewhat recently discovered archaeological site which dates back to around 12,000 bc that throws a complete wrench in human history. During this time period, we were taught in school that we were hunter gatherers, roaming the land for food. So, how was it that this massive site was built? What was it used for? And why was it purposefully buried underground?

Gunang Padang - an ancient megalithic site in Indonesia was discovered in the early 1900s, but newer technology used to explore the site in 2010 revealed that there was a lot more to this site than meets the eye. Buried underground is a man made pyramid that could date back as far as 26,000 bc. Again, we are only supposed to be hunter gatherers at this time period.
http://cryptoanthropologist.blogspot...ng-padang.html

how in the fuk did we build this chit? how did we organize such an effort and what fukkin technology could we have used to move these massive stones and construct this chit?

inb4 aliens.
or maybe we were civilized culture back then, and we were wiped out and we started from scratch again, and again, and again..

makes you think twice about the great pyramids...

There are an infinite amount of parallel universes, each exist as a probability. So if you're parachute doesn't deploy, the probability of your death is high therefore you will die in said universe, everyone will acknowledge you as dead but you're alive in another universe which had a low probability of you surviving and everyone acknowledges you as alive. There will be slight differences in the ladder universes, people may seem to act slightly different or names of things will change. These jumps between universes (probabilities) happen at a sub atomic level. A collaboration of theories.

Here's a piece about how PC and SJW's are indoctrinated by weaponized identity politics that are tearing apart the country. (Probably happening elsewhere in the world too, but it's definitely happening here in the US.)

The universe is currently not expanding faster than the speed of light. At some point it will but if it was expanding faster than light can traverse it then we wouldn't be able to see any stars or galaxy since the light from those distant objects would have to travel space that is expanding faster than it can move. Also at that point everything would be ripped apart since the space between atoms is expanding faster than any force can pull them together.

Also, you wouldn't need an opposite force to counteract it because 1, space is expanding in all directions at everypoint equally and 2, force and energy is required to translate THROUGH space but if space itself is what is moving then there is no force acting upon you.
