Lolol Thanks man! I competed twice one year, didn't take the diet seriously enough and show days were all kinds of messed up on multiple levels (no one to blame but myself) so I'm not even proud of the pics or my placings.

Great learning experiences though, as I felt before I even tried it out the competition aspect of this pursuit is by far the gheyest and most meaningless and that was confirmed. Don't think I'll be trying again, plus I like being able to feel good and still look pretty impressive around 10% bf. I just have to eat so much also that it's way cheaper to eat a bunch of carbs than a bunch of protein as I had to to diet (I maintain 240ish around 7k cals so it's kind of ridiculous).

I sit around 12/13% and feel comfortable at 160lbs (5'6). I used to be a lot heavier, but I don't think manlets can pull off size effectively without looking like a troll.
