Welp, that's how the law works chief. If circumstantial evidence was meaningless all you would have to do is hide the body when you kill someone. If the police don't find the body you get to walk free because they couldn't prove there person was dead.

I've been watching the docu-series and I think Scott did it. The way he told Amber Frey that he lost his wife and that it was going to be the first Christmas he spends without her, and then his wife ends up going missing after he said that, and his prediction comes true, that sounds like premeditated murder. And then him not showing any emotion and carrying on with his life as if everything was fine is also another red flag.

The torso of Evelyn Hernandez (also 8 months pregnant) washed up around the same time. I thought that was kind of Interesting.

Had all the evidence been brought to light and the media not having so much influence then the verdict would have been different. Whether he did it not they did not do a great job at convincing the jury he did it. Not 1 jury member can tell you how he murdered with 100% certainty.
