It's always the husband....
A democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. And that's why the USA is a constitutional republic and not a democracy.

The judge denied evidence that would have helped Scott's case. I agree the guy is a jerk and just "off" but his fukked up character doesn't mean he is guilty of murder.
The burglarizing of the home across the street was a huge deal. Laci Peterson actually confronted the burglars and a call to the police station was made about that. Yet no one followed up with that. Guess that isn't juicy enough for the media and the image of the Modesto P.D.
I think he's factually innocent. If Scott did commit this murder, it sure didn't happen the way the prosecution claimed. The evidence presented at trial shows this. But with an attorney as poor as Geragos, a jury this obtuse, and the media influence, Scott didn't stand a chance.

Looked innocent to me. Sad **** too was the jurors that thought that were eliminated quickly lmao.
Also there was a similar murder after that which had almost identical victim body dismemberment.
Dude was a creep and possibly crazy but no evidence at all was found to allow him on death row. This was a media driven verdict.

I don't know how the dude is sitting in jail.
Barely, if any, evidence, only theories. The FBI said they interviewed witnesses but every witness said they were never interviewed. These witnesses saw her alive in the morning yet prosecutors claim she was killed the night before. And then the witch hunt after he admitted he had an affair? The guy had no chance after that. Not the mention the bias controversy with the jurors.

Haven't finished the series, watched about 2 or 3 episodes so far. Trying to finish the last couple tonight or tomorrow.
When it actually happened remember thinking he was guilty - I was way younger and the media coverage made it seem like he was guilty, so he must be guilty... right? Looking back now I can see how railroaded he was... I had no idea half the stuff they showed even happened (break-in across the street, actually having emotions in pictures, etc.)
The biggest WHAT THE FUKC is when the police did a press conference to reveal he had his side-chick.Why? There is absolutely no reason for them to do that. It entirely taints the jury pool and is literally just to bring more focus on him. If it was an on-going investigation why would they ever decide that was a good idea? The only reason is to skew the growing opinion of everyone involved, because her coming out on TV does nothing to further the case of finding out who did it.
With that said, after looking back at this stuff now and growing up, I've always been on the side of innocent until proven guilty for my adult life. Just being suspicious, not acting "normal" are not enough to get you guilty... but in today's society that's really all it takes. Getting a jury trial is a complete crapshoot... you have NO idea what will happen behind the doors and who will really be impartial. Our jury system is the best and worst system we have... it would actually be A LOT better if we had an educated public but that will never happen.
I would rather let a guilty man go free (with not enough clear evidence to convict) than to lock away an innocent man.
As an aside: honestly, I'm completely astounded that casey anthony got off - just the mention of "this person killed her baby" would get you locked up... she's truly lucky she had a jury that said there was no evidence to convict.
Oh and just because it always needs to be said for anytime she shows up: I hope nancy grace rots

The Modesto P.D. is a huge cuck. They are all worthless. They stated the burgler took place on the 26th when in fact it took place on the 24th. The morning of the 26th had many reporters at the house and no burglar was happening across the street. Worthless p.d. man.
Then when they interrogated the burglars the one criminal said, "I don't want to talk about pregnant lady" and the cop said, "I'm not here to talk to you about that, I want to talk about the burglary." WTF?!!
Like how did the criminal even know about the preggo lady? Seriously how do you not keep questioning him about that? They had such a hard on for Scott that nothing swayed them.
Absolutely haram!

Lol I gotta watch this shiet. Is it on Netflix?
"I don't wanna talk about no preggo lady"
"No! Shut the fukc up! I wanna talk about this burglary!"
That sounds hilarious as fukc. I just finished watching The Keepers and I thought that shiet was garbage. Felt bad for the people who made it because they didn't have jack shiet. Spent all this time researching and no new evidence and everyone is dead. Just a bunch of testimonies. Shouldn't have been a 7 part series. Dragged that shiet out.
Need a new crime drama to watch.

I didn't remember anything about this case when my wife turned it on one day but she remembered a lot and was excited to get a documentary about the case. Having no idea about anything I went into watching as the guy is innocent and is gonna be proved guilty. She would get so mad at me because i would just pause the show after all the times the police were wrong and had sucked at their jobs and would ask "You remember this guy, where is all the evidence and how are you so sure hes guilty?" She would just say wait and see hes totally guilty. Little did she or I know that this is actually a show about how innocence. Its actually very scary knowing this guy is on death row when they have no idea how she died, where she died, or when she died.
