I am an adult and can't imagine myself calling someone 7 times within a couple hours unless I was bleeding to death and 911 didn't work. This guy has fukin issues and I don't want to deal with it. Use to have a guy at my old job that was like 40 and didn't have a license/car. Every day he would ask people for a ride home, I had to say no the first time he asked me just to set a standard. I felt a little bad on the ride home, but I got over it and he never asked me again. Like bro I was 21 at the time, im not giving a grown man a ride home and then it becomes a pattern.

You should be friendly with neighbors, more than other acquaintances, they could potentially save your life, or at the very least do you a favor when in need... But let me apologize for my attitude toward you, I've been reading a lot of stupid **** on the misc, and when I finally post, it's more of a built up aggravation than any actual anger toward any poster.

If in a multi story apartment, I understand, but a street with a handful of close neighbors.. I mean if they like you, they'll go out of there way to be like uhh someones been scoping out your place or call 911 when something doesn't seem right.

Yeah if I do that my life will probably end. I do want the harassment to end but The guy is obviously psychotic and I have to pass his door every single day unless I stay in my upstairs apt like I'm in solitary confinement. The walls are so thin here he can hear me leaving and leaves his window open to hear me coming home and he pops out to confront me.
