Yea, that's another one that couldn't make it today, I remember watching reruns when I was a kid, funny as hell. Everybody is so sensitive now, it's hard to make good comedy.

It was the first show I saw where major characters would die at any time.

Like that Skinhead who had done horrible things to people throughout the show, but then got outcast and raped - they showed how traumatized he was.

Godless ran it's course, it was intented to be a mini series. I loved it.

I also loved Alias Grace (another mini series). I think the lead actress acted her ass off. And I found some of the dialogue was so poetic, that I thought about buying the book.

Yeah, I think it stopped being good after season 3. I think they got different writers after that season. Really jumped the shark when Luke Perry joined the cast, and started performing miracles.
