Why isn't this happening?
We are not at war with them, we can't just do whatever we want. I don't think Columbia allows us to have our military there or there is a whole lot of limits. I got in trouble when I was deployed in El Salvador and was on an off day and our plane had to shut down a motor during patrol and emergency land in Ecuador because when I commercial flew there to help with the engine change, I had a layover in Columbia.

We use to have a FOB (forward operating base) in Ecuador ran by the USAF, but the current(?) president in Ecuador campaign promise was if he got elected, he would get rid of USA presence there. And he did. I think Mexico only allows us to have up to 3 US military planes landed or overflying them at any one time. For us to overfly any other country, we have to request through JIATF (joint interagency task force), they contact our embassy in whatever country and that embassy works with that country's politicals to get us clearance.

We can't just do whatever we want in other countries unless they allow us and they don't.

That's just the US playing nice. When they were trying to snare Snowden they grounded the President of Bolivia's plane. Presidential planes are supposed to be treated like flying embassies. Zero fks given because they were extremely worried as to what Snowden would disclose if they couldn't nab him.

IMO, the only reason that dude is still alive is because he has cards he can still play.

Not sure why this is such a big deal plenty of people get killed in STL , Chicago, and Detroit execution style. Not too long ago there was a 2 year old baby that got shot in the head in Memphis...lets not act like this type of **** doesnt happen here in United States.

A 2-year-old was shot and killed early Tuesday morning in the Hickory Hill area of Memphis.

The Memphis Police Department said officers responded to a shooting report at 5963 Hickory Meadow Lane about 1:50 a.m., according to a tweet from the department's Twitter account.

Crimes scene tape and police vehicles surrounded an area near The Enclave Apartment Homes.

When officers arrived, they found a child who had been shot. The child was pronounced dead, according to the tweet.

If I remember correctly, there were 2 guys that cut off his legs simultaneously. Then his arms. It was done in less than 2 minutes. He bleed out pretty quick after that.

Yeah, chit can happen anywhere. The streetwalkers are probably that rate, but the clubs like HK and Adelitas may have some 9's and 10's. About $100 total a pop. Probably good I don't live in SD otherwise I'd be wasting so much $$ walking across the border every weekend lol.

Well sure, but we go into mideast countries and assassinate people and make war on them. They actually have militaries and even a tribal war culture, and we still do it. Latin countries have next to nothing like that yet cause a huge amount of problems in the US by attacking us via a black market.
