Seemed like a troll thread. I could be wrong. Better question do you suck dk cookie and do you swallow?

That actually distracted me for a bit. But the answer would brighten my day.

It wasn't a troll thread, it was a thread from someone looking for relationship help in the relationship help section.

Not sure how it's relevant, but I'm in a relationship, take from that what you will.

Oh, hmm. So ok I take it you swallow and swallow well nice to know. On a serious note, since you mentioned it, it's a serious thing or Christmas romance? Take no offence Christmas romances happen, it's when all the exes come to roost.

Lmao. We've discussed it and there was technically a proposal but the more we discussed the more we realized we don't really give a **** about it we were just going to do it because that's what you're supposed to do and we assumed the other one would want to. After so long it seems rather pointless.

...he's wasting your time. Trust me. Give him an ultimatum. You should consider what telling because if I'm calling a guys bullchit then you know it's true. Think about it, you're giving up the best reproductive years of your life and he can't commit, what?

If he doesn't want to commit after the ultimatum dump his ass.

An ultimatum for what? I don't want to get married. My reproductive years have been, we have 2 kids and I have my tubes tied because we are happy the way we are.

So excuse me if I don't take relationship advice for my seriously long term relationship from a single woman pining after Chad who has a slay count higher than her age and herpes lmaoooooo.

Fine then continue on. Like I said.I was infected with herpes purposely, my sex count is purely due to bad experiences that I'm dealing with. But if you think he's not wasting your time then you're wrong. Think about it, why wouldn't he want to get married, what's the harm?

I'm telling you as a woman who's been through things what's up. As it stands if he leaves you you'd be at a disadvantage stop wasting your time on a guy who's too lazy to walk to a church to get married. As it stands you're a glorified baby mama.

So it's ok to make kids but not to get married? Not sure how I understand this. Why is it so inconvenient to get married?

Your said it yourself, bad experiences. When I want to go through that I'll do what you do. Think I'd rather be happy and have a solid family though.

How is he wasting my time? I can't think of a better way for me to be spending my time at all. Am I wasting his time?

And yes it's OK to not be married and have kids. I'm not religious. If you are then you may think differently, which is fine for your life, but I'd suggest you also do some things that the church may frown upon.

Yeah there is, I know of mistresses who were with married men longer than that. I know quite a few women who have been with guys for over 10 years broke up and then the guy marries within two years. Very often guys who leave common law relationships get married to other women after. Sometimes however they do end up marrying their common law wife.

But women who were in common law relationships get very bitter about it and claim the guy wasted their years. Men can be cruel that way.

What's to prevent him from leaving next week? The thing about getting married I think is that it really shows to you and the world that you're the only one for him. So what's his excuse for it anyway?

What's to prevent him from leaving next week if we got married?

The excuse, as I already mentioned above, is that neither of us want to, so why bother? I understand it is important to some people, religion etc, but not to us so what's the point?

Edit: anyway, you mentioned an ultimatum earlier. You want me to give him an ultimatum so that we both have to do something we don't really care about or I have to leave him, too prevent him leaving me next week? What kind of ****ery?

It's a bit trickier to get divorced well annulment is not too difficult but still in a way a hassle. But otherwise he can just pack a bag, and drive to a different state.

Both? Bullchit one person wanted to I'm sure. Stop deluding yourself by saying it doesn't excite you too see the love of your life, declare in absolutely that he'd tied to you for life (yes, I know divorce rate is high).

Don't get me wrong I'm not a lovey dovey chick but if I'm going to settle down, it's for keeps.

Whatevs I'm the offspring of 6 month dating premarriage. Lasted 24 years. He saw her one day and knew he'd marry her. So just speaking from what I saw growing up. They loved each other even after the 24 years.
