Because in the winter I like to look like I lift even when wearing bigger clothes. Summer time is shred time. Plus I have lift # goals as well

It's tough looking like you lift when you get cut and your at 160 and your lifts take a dip with no progress.

I’m sorry you think that I’m someone seeking your credit/approval when I take what’s given to you by a doctor.

I guess I’ll stop lifting because a guy online doesn’t approve.

I didn't say you're a bad person and if you see an endocrinologist for a legit issue say a total T under 380 ng/dl then no issue.

But people who don't have that issue then try to flaunt a great physique or lift are no different than a chick getting a boob job and going hey look how great my tits are.

The irony is the majority that take that next step have more dedication and commitment to what they're doing than most in the gym. I'm going to give those people more credit than the vast majority that do their 30 mins a day then spend an hour posting about it on FB.

Haven't been as lean as my avi for fooking ages, happy sitting around 15% look like i lift in clothes, i love food, i hate depriving my self to the point i no longer enjoy life, i started to live for me rather than other people, being shredded is overated, being in a happy relationship with a chick that doesn't give a phuck if i am shredded or not helps ill admit real love trumps ****ing bitches who only want to **** your body, not trying to impress dudes as not gay. Will prob get shredded again for summer tho.

I don’t know what my test is. What I do know is I train my fukin balls off twice a day and apologize for none of it. You’re on a bodybuilding forum and sharing progress or videos is not flaunting.

You’re placing your words in a way that are attempting to discredit the hobby that some do based on your moral positioning and it’s silly.

I know a guy irl that acts like this who is on a prescription and acts above people and it’s hilarious. That must be why he’s still stuck on a 400 squat at 10 years younger than me.

People don't take it as seriously as they like to portray. Plus ALOT of people struggle with eating, this is obviously the issue.

A lot of tech talk in this thread, and at the risk of a ban since it's supposed to be Shh-Shh on that stuff,

There are two types of techies:

1. The usual type: the guys using it to get a shortcut. They don't want to take the time to figure out lifting, they want it All and they want it Now. They techup, it works, they get swole -- and eventually they almost always shrink when off.

2. The guys who tech to take themselves to the next level. More of a rarity, but some guys learn and hit something to their natural limit and use tech to take them further.

... personally, I don't care either way, it's not my life and I got my own worries to keep myself occupied, but while I don't particularly respect type 1 techies and I'm not especially interested in their opinions on training or bragging about themselves, I would not lump them with the type 2 types.

If a guy is a big strong guy who can maintain their gains, who learned how to train and diet before or at some point, tech or not they know their stuff. Really, they have a deeper and better understanding than I ever will, they know how to gain under normal situations, they understand tech intimately and they have a personal understanding of how to keep that ball rolling.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
