I mean, a 12 year old can quite easily be redirected as illustrated by how far he pushed her. He didn't need to do that, and we both know it.

Also narrator of that video has something against white people, that much is obvious... but he's got a point, if that girl were a big man of his own size, he likely would have avoided the situation and walked away, or at least, I know the type of guy that will stand there because they know they're bigger than all the girls, whereas if there were a dude, they would just avoid the situation entirely.

After viewing the longer video, he's most likely going to have the charges dropped. While he's in the middle of the mob, somebody pushes him. So already, the mob has established that they're hostile towards him. And anybody in that area who is contributing to the hostility is a threat, regardless of what their age is, which is actually difficult to tell in the video. When a person decides to partake in the screaming, etc, that is meant to intimidate the guy, it opens up the possibility that the guy has no choice but to defend himself. He pushes the one girl who is right in his face in the hostile environment. Said girl, instead of retreating, decides to advance on him. That's when he has the right to defend himself. Her age here is only relevant had he been the aggressor or not caught up in a hostile situation where he thought his safety was endangered.

Sorry, but if people are going to act like animals, they need to be treated as such. The parents of these fine citizens of society will of course direct their anger towards the man, when instead, they really should be asking themselves why they're such sh!tty parents.
