Why even get involved? The fight had nothing to do with you, why does he have to be the one to break it up? Get security to break it up. Are we going to try and break up all fights that we randomly see out an about to prove what? That your alpha? His wife and child are not involved. He sees little kids outside fighting and decides he has to be the one to break it up and put himself in a situation. Grown ass man has nothing to gain and everything to lose.

Was she super dumb, yes. But as the laws are written what he did would not at all fall under self defense. There are numerous ways for a man that size to deal with that attack. He chose the most violent damaging method, and he pushed her before she ever made contact. He pushed her, she ran back in to attack, then he knocked her out. If they were the same size that would be mutual combat. Neither can claim self defense, but since she was twelve it becomes assault on a minor. He could have pushed her again, he could have tripped her, he could have just thrown her down. AND he didnt need to be involved at all. He's kinda fkd. She totally deserved it. But hes fkd.

look at 31 seconds how relaxed and unafraid he is. She points at him, as if to scold and he basically attacks her by pushing her down, he wasnt being attacked and there was no danger and no one else aggressing towards him, he just decided to push her down. She should have ran off and called the cops at that point, then she foolishly attacks and he wreks her. Totally unnecessary. He and his family could have walked away with no issue. Unless there is another video showing way way more aggression from the group or her, he is going to jail.

Pretty sure Gillete just told us men that it was our responsibility to stop fighting...or was that just boys fighting?

Bet she doesn't do that again though...probably will make the kids think twice too. Not saying it was right to do, just looking for the silver linings.

I was just trying to make the point that the idea that he shouldn't have felt threatened because of the obvious size and strength advantage in that situation is easy for us to say watching it through a screen. It was an all around chaotic situation. I'm sure he was shocked when she still came at him after he clearly showed her that her mouth was writing cheques her ass couldn't cash. I think it was more if a self preservation reflex than anything else.

I guess my issue is that grown females will get in the face of a guy, and still.....he just needs to walk away. This girl was an 11-year old child, which is ten times worse. And it wasn't some chaotic situation, dude should have just minded his own business and not interjected.

Not sure if that is the guys wife and kids behind him, but those kids are being awfully threatning I dont care how old they are. They are also between the parking lot and his family. Vid shows the kid pushing him in the back first as the other kids taunt him. Again....what is to say one does not have a knife or a gun....I dont care how manly you are, if you dont think this guy had fear for his life or that of his wife and child, you are nuts.

FWIW, my cousin was assulted by a pack of 12-15 year olds. Left unconsious in an alley. Broken orbital socket, (almost lost the eye), broken arm and leg. This group of fine upstanding kids beat her unconsious and continued to hit and kick her as she lie on the ground. If someone had not interveened, she would have been killed. No reason for doing it. She was just walking to her car at night.

Shame kids are not raised better.

I don't see a good way to end that one. Bunch of teens getting physical egging each other on.

They get physical while you are with your wife and kid. You push her away to make space and she come up ready to fight. No chance to restrain them all. Dropping her quickly showed the rest of them it wasn't worth it.
