the civil rights discussion is maybe slightly different from this, but kind of joined at the same time, because you could just easily argue that those that are uncircumcised are contributing to a higher std rate

2) Teach him to be responsible and not raw dog random sloots so that he won't contract some relatively harmless diseases

It's like cutting off your baby's leg and then arguing that it's safer because it's less likely he'll break a leg later on in life when he only has one. I've never understood the not being able to cum thing. I doubt it has anything to do with being cut or uncut.
