That's what has kept America free, the federal courts can't tell states what they can & can't dictate for themselves; it allows citizens to simply move if they don't like a state's legislation

Getting a judgement is one thing, actually getting that judgement enforced and managing to get anything is another story. They'll get some funds from bank accounts but it'll be a miniscule fraction of the awarded amount.
