The charges are dumb but they will stick, especially the tax ones. I am not going to say it's political, this is how prosecutions work, they target the loudest person. If you're in business and keep your head down the DA never looks at you, but if you're doing projects that the public doesn't like or raise your profile then the DA looks at you because somebody flipped or tipped off on you.

These shouldn't be felonies but they are and Trump will lose at least on the tax ones.

If this is not political and they are just targeting the "loudest" people then why aren't the Bidens and Clintons in prison?

If the Bidens or Clintons got indicted, it would ring out louder than Trump, many folks expect Trump to be persecuted.

Not bond. Released on own recognizance and given a court date. Judge asked if i was going to show up and I pointed across the street and said "I own a company on the tenth floor of that building. I will walk to the court date" I was still handcuffed, was only unhandcuffed after judge released me. This was at like 1 am.

I was taken to the local police station, placed in a cell there for maybe 30 minutes. Put in a van where we went to other police stations and picked up other people arrested that night and we were taken to the court house where the judge was behind plexiglass and we were outside. It was like October and cold, the exact date was when McCain and Obama debated because I watched it at my grandparents and was pulled over driving to my home by a cop who lied and said I was swerving across the lines. Which I wasn't. He didn't even give me a traffic ticket, just arrested on an outstanding warrant. He searched my truck and found supplements like Cayenne pepper pills and creatine in a pill container, he thought they were drugs. I told him to go test them.

I didn't even know I had an outstanding warrant, it was from 3 or 4 years prior. I remember everything about that night, my court date was for the day after Obama was inaugurated, which I asked for a trial and we went to trial about a year later where I was found not guilty.
