Thats why every man should have some sort of martial arts/fighting knowledge, to be able to deal with these situations more confidently and calmly. If you cant charm your way out of trouble, and you look like you cant take trouble, people are going to give you trouble sooner or later.

It’s finished, I am done and satisfied now. What the fukc is the matter with you? You clearly have never been in a confrontation before. Why would you email his employer this chit? Contact the gym and be done with it, and move on

When I step away from a piece of equipment and leave my water bottle there and then return to see someone working out on it, I have one of two responses:

1) if it's a younger guy then I tap them on the shoulder and say 'you can work in with me if you want'

2) if it's an old guy then I don't want to embarrass him and just let him have it
