So if it’s not what any human capable of critical thinking thinks it is, then what is causing the heart attacks?

It’s not like our poisoned foods got worse over night. So then what is causing the spikes in people dropping dead?

Every day when I open a browser I hear about a new set of celebrities and athletes dropping dead. I remember years back when every year you would hear of a few celebrities dying and it was a bit more shocking. Seemingly healthy people are just dropping dead.
