Currently at 1800, basically hungry 24/7 lol. It's not the easiest thing to willingly do this to yourself. Unfortunately, I don't really think there's a way around that. I drink lots of black coffee in the AM, drink a bunch of water throughout the day, and eat all my calories within a window. That helps me a lot. That and keeping incredibly busy to keep your mind off your discomfort.

Glad I’m not the only one always starving. Idk what I’d do without intermittent fasting. Cutting sucks. I used to work an active job so it was easy to keep my mind off it and it burned extra calories but now I’m sitting all day.

I’m back to my old routine of 2,000 calories or less a day, this morning I weighed 261.8 which is .4 pounds less than my lowest in 5 years. I had a slip up last weekend because I went out of town with my sister and wasn’t loyal to my diet, but I’m back on track.

Yesterday my wife surprised me cuz she knows I have a small cheat at the end of the week, so she got me a few donuts. It was the oddest experience where I felt like a ravenous undead animal jamming those things down my throat furiously, almost busting a nut in my pants in the process. It's fascinating how much the brain desires carbs when you're perpetually starving.

I know your pain. My wife likes to bake so I sometimes come home to a plate full of cookies. I have zero willpower.

I checked my HR and BP since you guys were talking about it the other day.

Now this was after doing cardio and making food for the day/eating breakfast, so I guess my actual resting HR would be lower. 55 is still very respectable. I'll take it.

Weight today is 253.8.

That's a great heart rate for post cardio and for being 253lbs.

I've been consistently doing at least five (sometimes seven) days of cardio weekly for years.

And I've been lifting weights for almost thirty years.

But I used to be a LOT heavier, and my HR was significantly higher then obviously.

Started fat as fuk on january 7th (classic), was 226, now im down to 206, but it has been the easiest cut of my life so far ngl. Im basically doing OMAD and having a delicious big dinner before bed makes it so easy on the mind.

Yeah the fasting can get tough on the day, but ive been doing IF for years now so honestly its a breeze now. I feel i have another 10 pounds to lose to be really lean and only now am i getting hit by the hunger since ive lost so much already, but im confident i can push it for the next few pounds relatively easy.

Just making sure to eat below 2k a day. Also on weekeneds i go crazy with the calories and im still losing rapidly so yeah, not bothered too much as of now

All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Seems like a nice resting rate. I haven't moved as much as I'd have liked over the winter. It's a pain in the ass to go hiking when it's -20 out. Now that spring is here early, it's much nicer to go hiking, so I'll definitely be getting more cardio in.

Weighed in at 187 today, 175 is the goal this spring cut.

Upper lower routine with one or two zone2 sessions a week will do the trick, currently @2400 calories.

You sound exactly like what I’m doing. At 188 right now aiming for 175 also doing upper lower. Except I’m aiming for 1900 calories on average over the week.

I was able to fit in a blizzard from Dairy Queen while still staying around 1800 calories and hitting my protein. It was glorious.

I did that with half a pint of ice cream last week lol. It was my 'cheat.'

My bf loves to cook and feed me. The only thing I'll eat during the work week that he makes is chicken. Weekends we do his fancy big meals. Thank God he doesn't bake. I'd be done for. I do like baking but will only do it if we're having people over or if I''m taking it somewhere. I can't be trusted around sweets. I made a Tres Leches cake last weekend for his fantasy baseball draft and wasn't going to have any as I'm trying to be off sweets for a couple weeks. After all the rave reviews from his friends I had a piece. Then I couldn't stop at 1. lol

I'm down 1.1 this week. I'm able to do a little more walking and I've been trying to get to gym 2-3 times a week to do the bike as part of my PT. This coming Thursday I'll be 6 weeks out and should be able to start working on squats. I can't wait til I can really get back to real leg workouts and real cardio.

It's really difficult to resist something like that when you're starving and your brain is literally screaming at you to consume carbs. That's like the ultimate test of monk-esque willpower to sit and stare at a ridiculous red velvet cake beckoning you. In fact, maybe that would be a fun experiment some time - calculate how long I can resist that after a long week.

It’s awful around the holidays. So much stuff around the house I just can’t help it. I mostly solve this by not having too much crappy food in my house normally. When it shows up on my dinner table there’s zero chance I resist it.

lol That would be an interesting experiment. I'm usually pretty good about resisting when I have my mind set on something but I totally caved Sunday after I had the one piece. I should have insisted everyone take some home with them so there wasn't any left here.

I'm the same way. I don't keep snacky foods around. That's been my biggest problem the past few weeks. We got a bunch of crackers since I needed them when taking my meds after surgery so I wouldn't get nauseous. We bought too many boxes though and I couldn't stop eating them after being done with meds. Once you've been snacking for a few weeks it's hard to stop when something is right there in the pantry. They're gone now so I won't have any problems for this upcoming week at least.

I’m flying back home tomorrow for 24 hours to talk with my tax guy. Unfortunately there are several foods that I always eat because I just can’t get the same thing here. Will try to grab a day pass at my old gym to see if I can try to offset it. Aiming to not blow completely past my calories.

For me the hard thing is resisting the urge to impulse buy chit when at the grocery store. On your average trip to the grocery store, unless your super good at maintaining tunnel vision, you see a lot of junk...and some of it can be very tempting once you see it (even though you were having zero thoughts about it prior). Then, once it's in the house...

Yeah that's definitely a thing. You often hear not to go grocery shopping when hungry. Well..what if you're always hungry? lol. I'm pretty good at maintaining my 'tunnel vision' as you described it, although I know I want to make pizzas as my cheat meal and have a maple cake, so I'm adding that to my list.

Tested BP tonight, 121/82 - I bought the machine, set it up the first time and the cuff is too small to fit where it normal should sound my arm so dubbo how accurate it is - but had a similar test result about 2 weeks back when I went in for an STI screening.

Down another 2lb the last 4 days - protein constantly between 245 - 260g, manipulating fats and carbs depending on training and rest days - daily cals bouncing around between.1900 on non-training days and up to 2300 on training days. Calculated TDEE remains around 3300 a day when training.

Starting to see delt veins again, forearms are getting very vascular and midsection is shrinking each day it seems.

Test C, ipamorelin and anavar doing their jobs well.

I'm around that myself now. Seeing how far I can push it.

Gonna get in more steps myself starting this spring.

Had a pretty great cheat meal of homemade pizzas (BBQ sauce, tomato/basil sausage, chicken) and oreo cake over the weekend. I still dream about it. Back on the grind, though.

Feel like I'm living in the post apocalyptic world of Chrono Trigger where the denizens of said world are always hungry lol
