Nah in all honesty I admit my previous method was flawed, I was just too stubborn and in my own bubble to take any decent advice on driving. Wasn’t just the misc but even friends and family said I need to take more lessons.

It was a vicious cycle of trying to wing the test, then failing constantly. My mindset was ‘Eh I can drive okay so may aswell just keep booking tests hope for the best’ looking back it was in idiotic approach tbh.

Realistically this could have all been avoided if I put more effort into preparing for my test.

Well done Ibby. I'm from Manchester, so I know the script. Bizarrely out of boredom, I bought some of your retarded tattoos yesterday and now look like a drunken Yakuza. Mrs is in the Paris, so fook it. Congrats, but honestly take it easy. In the UK, you pass but you are still learning how to drive.

Yeah mane I’m gonna be a responsible driver, especially with the huge time investment and money I’ve put into getting my license.

No way am I getting banned with 6 points then having to re-do the theory and practical test.

Insurance is mad money all round right now, esp for new drivers. You're best off getting something like a Fiesta/Polo for the first year atleast for the 1Y NCB and go from there.

Cope if I can afford the multiple driving lessons and tests (which aren’t cheap these days) then I can easily afford a decent car and the insurance.

I’m already furnishing my apartment, just wanted to focus on getting my license before I move out to my own place.

Youre a huge man child copemaxxer. Again, nobody here cares, we all enjoy reading your cope threads. No need to lie and act like you’re some rich guy. You posted your salary before and quickly deleted when everyone broke your balls on only making 35k per year.
I’m paying for the furniture myself, my mum just gets it for me because she drives and I’m at work most of time but I still give her money for it.

£35k is decent in Northern England, like the equivalent of $70k in Texas. Also I made £43k ($55 USD) last year and posted proof of this.

I don’t know why you find it so hard to understand that UK salaries are much lower? Even Matty admitted he made £45k last year and a paramedic and he can afford to go on multiple festivals/holidays a year while saving money.

How do you think I can afford rent, multiple big booty Brazilians, multiple driving lessons/tests/cars, multiple holidays vacations and still save £15k/20k per year?

I’m not saying I’m a rich mogger but I’m in a decent financial position and don’t struggle with money.

My mate has a fiesta and is same age as me, passed his test last year and his insurance is 2k a year.

Then again he moved to a rough part of Manchester so probably why as he has a clean licence.

Even when I looked up quotes for an A1 I got 1k a year max.

Do not do that. No one in an A1 or even an A3 looks like a mogger. At best you'll look like a school girl. Also, a new Civic will be nicer interior and exterior than a 5 year old A3. It will also last longer and give you less issues.

Congrats on finally passing. Get the rest of your life in order.

You don’t understand the logistics of the UK m8.

This is considered a big achievement here regardless of IQ, income, age, social status etc.

There’s a reason why everyone posts on social media about passing there driving test.

If you live in the countryside or middle of nowhere then yeah.

Half of 18-35 year olds that live in the city don’t even have a pink license.

Which means 50% do… lol

It's a big deal for you, because you've failed so many times, but in wider society passing your driving test at nearly 30 is minor. Why you always gotta be so disingenous to try to trick the yanks into thinking UK is just so magically different?

The point I’m trying to make there’s a huge cultural difference with driving in the UK vs US.

Over here if you start a convo about cars IRL first thing people ask ‘do you drive?’ vs Murica ‘what car do you drive?’

To a lot of the yanks not driving is seen as unfathomable where’s in the UK it’s quite common.
