Just had another simulation moment. Listening to a David Chase interview in the background while reading an article about The Sopranos on my laptop. Literally the exact moment I read the name “Brad Grey” (producer of The Sopranos), David Chase says his name in the interview. You can think of it logically like it’s not absurd for a related person to be mentioned in both areas, but the timing is weird as fuk mane lol.

It was like being stuck in another world that wouldn't stop. If I let myself focus on something, it made me obsess over it and freak out. If a negative thought got in my head it felt like I was going to have a panic attack. I had to keep forcing my mind to remember what was reality and not to freak out. I looked in the mirror and my face kept changing. I tried to watch tv and everyone's faces were melting. I couldn't close my eyes without seeing things in the darkness. I had to sit in a cold shower several times to stop the terrible feelings. I just prayed it would stop and had to constantly make my mind stop focusing on anything for 5 straight hours.
