Yeah, mine is a 70 year old obese crazy lady. She keeps trespassing on our property without permission and starts snooping around. She would try and be sneaky about it and it was pissing us off. So we finally put a note on her door kindly asking her to stop trespassing on our property. This made her go ape ****. She wrote a letter back saying she was going to talk to some random property management company (which makes no sense) on a copy including our note. She assumed we didn't own the house because in her eyes we must look really young.
I confronted her on Saturday asking her "hey did you figure out who owns the house." She lied and said we didn't and kept changing her story how she figured it out. At first it was the internet, then the city of fargo told her, then it was her lawyer. Then it was basically me proving everything she said wrong and making her stutter even because she knew she was losing every argument as an excuse for her to come on our property. The funniest was "I can go on your property to weedwack since that's my fence." My response: "you legally cannot go on my property to weedwack my grass on my property that you have no permission to go on and you don't legally own." She then started to try and divert the attention to me tree that has about 3 dead branches. She lies and says the city told her it has to come down. I tell her i have all the documents from the home inspector and my insurance saying it's perfectly fine. She goes on a tangent that she will sue me if the branch falls on her. Keep in mind, I caught her on my property a week ago with a rake in my tree trying to shake the leaves off of it. I schooled her on that answer with a "do you have insurance (yes), great I have insurance too….that's what insurance is for." Funny part after I walked back inside I walked right outside with the title of my house in my hand. She said she could care less but obviously she does care if she is asking around.
We went to the city yesterday and the second we said are address, they started laughing. They basically said she is crazy and assumed she was lying. They stated that us visiting confirmed that we aren't crazy or white trash. Apparently she has been calling everyday to learn who owns it. The confirmed that they told her we own it. She then has started to call in that we do not take care of our yard. Which is a total lie, she is just mad cuz she can't go on our yard to do yardwork like she is obsessed with doing it. Our lawn is nicer than 90% of the neighbors in a neighborhood.
We just out locks on our fence last night so she cannot go on our property. I am sure she will flip out again. I also just ordered 2 deer cams for $300 this morning since I will be gone Saturday and part of sunday for proof if she comes on our property without permission when we are gone.
Cliffs:
- Obese neighbor lady constantly trespasses on our property
- We leave a note politely telling her to stop
- She flips out
- Confront her and she makes up lies and I prove every one of them wrong
- Go to city and they laugh because they think she is dumb and crazy. Also admit she has been calling everyday making up stuff.
- Buy chains and locks for my fence gates.
- Buy deer cams for proof with the police if she goes on my property.
What else should I do? I am going to start recording everything on my phone if she says if she tries to talk to me

UPDATE: I already got an answer on what to do on my lunch break. I came home and she threw a snowglobe (we gave her for christmas) with a threatening note on it that she signed with her name lol. I called the police and they reassured me that they are on my side. She gets the police called on her for this kind of stuff constantly and she calls the police all the time. Her family member, who is a cop, has to go over there and yell at her to stop all the time.
They basically told me to pull out my phone every time she calls to record and they will charge her with harassment the next time she does it.

Did some paused a2g 225 squats my legs are feeling so juicy haha.
today marks 4 months without the substance know as alcohol feeling that momentum taking a hard swing upwards.
Gonna try to start doing 2 a days maybe 3 days out of the week.
