This is why I'm pretty much done with PC gaming for the most part. I'll get a good laptop that can run casual games and ps5 for actual gaming.

The game releases at the exact same time world wide. Depending on region, it's the 9th for some (US for example) and the 10th in Europe.

PS5 60 fps gameplay (mostly driving around)

Spoiler!


Driving looks smooth, city looks nice and detailed. Not a lot of peds or traffic tho…could be due to the time of the day.

Also, this is just the PS4 version of the game running at a higher FPS. I see a lot of comments about Series X and PS5 gameplay as if people don't realize the next gen version of this game isn't going to be available.

I've half a mind to double dip and buy on PS4 so that I can at least play a little bit tonight at midnight before I begin my masterrace playthrough, at least that way I can see if I like my starter path.

CP77 isn't in the running for Game of the Year this year because it missed the cutoff release date.

Why would you do that? You'd buy an interior copy of a game just to play it less than a day earlier than the superior copy of the same game you already purchased?

I'll double dip for PS5 anyway so its a free upgrade bought early when I do get my system eventually, but yeah, I know its stupid … but this game is making me stupid excited. As long I can play the game, even for a little bit, I'll finally have scratched that anticipation itch and be done with it lmao.




yeah idea of nomad starter playthrough sounds great tbh, but corpo seems like it might be the canon playthrough and having read the lorebook, corpo life seems far more interesting.. …. I skimmed through the corpo playthrough …. spoilers incoming

That flyover of the city was pretty fkkn nice, strong bioshock vibes …. I dont think the game has any flyable helicopters unfortunately, hoping they add fllight vehicles in a later free patch so we can take to the skies hnnngh

I'm gonna try to be "me in CP2077" in my first playthrough and I find Corpo more relatable in that sense. Seeing some early game footage you get a lot of dickish dialogue options though lol, hope you can be a bit more self-aware as the game progresses.
