have to immediately play complete games like these or end up using ur whole life on it lol. like ff7 remake… one of those games where i had to beat it immediately or else the all-nighters would never end

Is the day 1 patch for PC too? Thought it was just consoles since they had physical copies with older builds and PC was the current version and would be good on release.

All the reviews were based on the PC versions which were massive bugfests and obviously consoles get affected far worse, but apparently this patch will fix a lot of things, according to CDPR.

Well, I hope the patch does a bit of preloading too then, otherwise I wont be playing it until the 10th with my internet speeds.

I'm probably going to wait until I get one of the new consoles before I jump in. I don't think my gen1 xbox one will give me the best experience.

I haven't watched any trailers or read any in depth info about the game so the anticipation isn't a problem for me.

Also gives me time to finally finish the Witcher 3 dlc's.

So Best Buy ****ed up and sent it early, then asks UPS to return it, now they are cancelling the order entirely.. wtf. Calling them later to fix this but I am seeing many people saying they had the same issue and best buy just cancelled anyways.

Some stores shipped physical copies early on accident and didn't catch all of them, so some people got it early. Then others like me get to eat dick with cancelled orders.

On the series x, if you change your region to NZ, you can play it early. That's how a lot of people are playing it now.

Best Buy is so ****ing incompetent it's amazing. Call #1 I was told that the item was out of stock so the order had been cancelled. When I pointed out it had shipped and BB was the one who ordered the return, and that the item was still in transit, the rep said "well the system tells me it's out of stock so it was cancelled" and didn't seem to grasp that BB was the one to cancel it.

Call #2: guy tells me they ordered the return due to shipping to early, and I can ignore the cancel email, that the automatic system generated it, and that a follow up email will come with a new tracking number for the shipment, and that it should still get here tomorrow, if not than the next few days, depending on how busy UPS is. If it had shipped earlier I will get one, it was just a cluster **** on their end because the auto generated responses confused a lot of people.
