Don't suppose you do heavy weight with low reps for biceps do you? If so lay off for a while and let that heal.. then try low-medium weight with higher reps. My first set is usually ~25 reps, and I work my way down to 10-12. No pain and it works for teh gains too.

This all started about the time I began doing the Fitnessman bicep curls, I didn't do them heavy but I think doing them at any weight is gonna be a no-no for me.

You guys have suggestions on leg workouts for bad knees? Deadlifts and squats both make my knees feel like they got cracked by the mafia.
Low weight/high rep leg presses seem to be a lot easier, but not sure it's the most effective.

Romanian and rack dead lifts are knee savers and you still get all of the benefits of the heavy weight plus volume; sumo dead lifts take a lot off the knees as well.

For squats, I find that box squats feel better on my knees, and just that split-second sit and firing from the glutes alleviates a lot of pressure. Leg presses are decent auxiliary workouts, you can flare your knees out to feel that stretch and really work on a solid push.

Another thing to really look at is your form for both, if your shins are coming too far forward, you're going to get a lot of pressure on them–send your butt back, and fire. I find that screwing my feet (heels) into the ground towards the weight keeps my knees from coming too far forward.

Stacked joints are strong joints, so remember to keep your ankles, knees and hips all aligned, grip and rip

Funny how I can get away with heavy compounds even to the point of benching 3X a week, but a couple weeks of curls and I'm injured

Those multi-day, heavy compounds, might be taxing those biceps a bit–and they're not quite fully extending (but certainly being used) until you hit them with a pull exercise, then bam! Tweaked.

Have you ever tried BFR? I used to tweak my left bicep doing pull ups every damn time. I added in a hanging weighted curl stretch after heavy compound days–twice a month with a band tied around both arms–haven't tweaked it since. Not sure if it's bro-science, but it's helped me.

Not sure what that is, but I do the |ceman stretches as well as the ones my PT developed for me but those seem better for recovery, not prevention.

I haven't seen the |ceman stretches–BFR is blood flow restriction. You essentially tourniquet yourself for an exercise Again, not sure if it's bro-science, but I haven't tweaked my bicep since starting it. Those pumps tho
