Ugh. I guess all In-N-Outs are not created equal. I've been to several different locations in California. They were all quite tasty–enough for me to occasionally break my no fast food rule because it makes me horribly sick. First one I've been to outside of California sucks. I've been there maybe 4 times now, and they're sort of meh. Better than most fast food crap but nothing to write home about. RIP In-N-Out.

<chuckle> I hear this frequently at work as well, and I don't get it. I could easily rattle off a dozen+ poor/stupid decisions I've made over the years. Given up trying to dissuade them when they start down the path of my amazing genius-ness.

Otherwise, I'm constantly reevaluating where I'm at and what I should do next. Probably helps that I'm an uberdork and enjoy learning, so I​ regularly take new courses or read new material to familiarize myself with various subject matter. Example: Signed up for some IT/tech courses this afternoon so I improve my understanding of what's being done and why on the latest new project. Not sure I would really consider myself an expert on much of anything, but I know at least a li'l bit on a lot of different topics that I can usually piece things together enough or figure out what to do or where to go when the unknown pops up. For some reason, people around here seem to believe that qualifies me as the resident expert despite repeatedly telling them "I know nothing." :\
