Yes, yes we did. Actually lifted in my batman shirt this morning, felt good womayne. My shirt isn't tight/compression though, fits like a normal shirt.

Nobody talks about my Fawnl like that, tho.

Say the word and I'll hit him so hard that his kids will be born with concussions.

I see a lot of guys wearing super hero shirt at the gym. They also have thin rimmed glasses 90% of the time.

Accountant during the day, Super Hero during the night!

No hate tho, I'm a big advocate of wearing whatever make you feel pumped up in the gym. Plus I kind of miss 'Mrs 80s' who used to come in my gym all dressed up in a typical 80s workout outfit. Was a funny sight.

This thread is just super active eh?

So CC, I just bought a dirtbike. At the age of 28. I'm going to hurt myself. I haven't had a dirtbike since I was 16 so I'm going to be a little rusty. Being single and having disposable income is pretty sweet though.

Just take it slow so you don't die or break bones.

Yeah, I'm going to have to pace myself and check my ego at the door. My brother built a pretty sweet track on our property with some decent jumps so I gotta shake the rust and rip around at 50% for a bit.

Not sure if I'd ever trust a dirtbike. Probably a 4 wheeler as more stable and I'm fat.

Not happy with how small I am and I'd like to hit atleast 12-1300 total and then see where I'm at. Chubs get too bad I'll just drop the cals for a month or two, seemed to drop weight really quick so I'm not too worried.

Ya man the diet part's ****ty but if you keep occupied then it'll go by quicker and tons of veg. I think I'd eat meat/eggs + veg like 5x/day lol. Eventually you stop craving sweets too I noticed. And ephedrine will absolutely kill your appetite if you're new to it. Weekly refeeds just to keep your head on straight…

Working until new school year, then going to cut availability at work. Should've racked up some more credits but I procrastinate and then miss deadlines lol. I dunno what the **** is going on over here regarding careers anyways, lots of people out of work.

You got anything exciting going on?

Nice brah, I'm just getting back into riding my sport bike after a 2 year hiatus. I tried riding dirt years ago at this place:

http://www.trailtours.ca

And it was fun but pretty sure if I got my own dirt bike, sooner or later I'd end up in a wheelchair or dead.

I have a huge sweet tooth but agreed, I've noticed my cravings being less frequent

I'm not taking EC, just caffeine when I'm tired
Only supplement I'm taking is whey protein and sometimes glutamine

Where are you working?
Nothing exciting, working two part time jobs 6x a week
But got a couple trips lined up

Eventually they'll go to practically 0 srs, especially with the refeeds. Ya if it's going well I wouldn't bother with ephedrine until you start to get hungry.

Good work ethic bro that's not too common nowadays. Just another retail gig, random hours, usually evenings and nights, so it's tough to fit fun stuff in. Want to start looking for a real job, even some government gig if I can lock it up. Where you headed for vacation?

Every time I touch something closely related to any extreme sports I ALWAYS end up getting bored and taking it too far as a result. I just can't seem to be that guy who just snowboard down the mountain slowly just to relax or riding a mountain bike in the wood while looking at the landscape. I always have to add more and more crazy stunts until I hurt myself or break my bike/snowboard etc…

Can't believe I still never broke a bone with all the dumb chit I've done. I did tore a fuk load of tendon and muscles tho.

Whenever I stop eating stuff like cookies or chocolate, there's always that one craving(usually after a week) that's stronger than any craving I ever had. If I can get past it, usually I got past the hardest and it gets better as the days goes by. Then a simple bland chicken to me becomes the same as a huge cheeseburger from heaven.

I find that I don't try and seek out sweets anymore… but if it's within sight it's a different story
Still love my burgers though

It only sucks on the days that I work from 5-10pm without a break…
So hard not to pick up fast food on the way home or binge out

Thanks brah
I feel your pain, been working 5-10pm, 2-10pm or 3-11pm shifts a lot lately
Ruins your days and it's difficult to get to bed early
Good luck with the job search, should look into working for the city doing road work
Buddy of mine makes good money working 4 days a week, 10 hour days

Going to a friend's cabin in BC then road trip down to Seattle, Washington to chill
Then going on an 8 day backpacking trip in the mountains

trails i guess. i'm not really sure what sort of terrains there are, much research to do yet. i imagine there's roads, trails, and mountains? closest mountain to me is an hour away and i have no desire to fall off a cliff so i don't think i'll be biking down mountains (strong mountain biker i am eh?) lol.

the buffet is kinda gross honestly. my buddies like it so we go every now and then though. plus its like $7 so its all good, better value than a quiznos or something

Good luck with the job search, should look into working for the city doing road work
Buddy of mine makes good money working 4 days a week, 10 hour days
Going to a friend's cabin in BC then road trip down to Seattle, Washington to chill
Then going on an 8 day backpacking trip in the mountains
Ye those are my typical shifts, ****ing blow cock - can't do nothing beforehand and afterwards tired. All government jobs look pretty good even if it's just for the benefits and security. Think a lot of them are moving out to New Brunswick though for the feds or atleast I heard. Need to hustle to find a job anyways bro but thanks, got another write up yesterday.

Sounds good man, trips like those always end up making jokes memories. Brb feel free –> stupid **** goes down. 8 days is going to be a nice break from the real world.

Stay safe.

So I got pulled over last night. Apparently my tags were expired…in January lol whoops. So now I have to cough up close to $200 for ticket and new tags, but my insurance won't go up so that's good.

How's everyone else doing?
