Can't wait for Christmas. I always get a week off from work and I could sure use it. This recluse bite is a real pain in my ass, no pun intended.

I get a week off, stretched it out to 10 days. Would go for 2 weeks but my lifting takes a real hit when I get off schedule, just had 5 days off and only did cardio

Hard to tell how it went, to be honest. I finished my presentation right at the 8 minute mark, only two questions, biggest achievement this year and biggest disappointment. I'm feeling a little, meh, about my second answer because when I walked out it hit me what my real disappointment was. I instead took a jab at the bonus structure and I'm kind of cringing thinking about it right now–our GVP got a little bit defensive and I'm afraid that will be his lasting impression. I kind of want to send him an email, but that might be cringier

Hey OG's,

Just putting some self-reflection out there, today marks my 4th month of sobriety (alcohol). I've spent my fair share of sitting in my bed room and staring at ceilings. I feel like life is worth living now that i've climb out of that lonely deep dark hole.

How profitable is it? I am not asking the exact dollar amount but is the amount coming in like double the mortgage payment?

At the moment, I'm making about $250 a month over and above ALL expenses (Water, Hydro, Natural Gas, Insurance, Property Tax, Mortgage, etc)
That's with the main floor rented (1275) and the upstairs rented (850)
Starting in the new year, I have to renovate/finish the basement unit which I'll be charging about (1200).
So my profit will then be 1200 + 250 = $1450 per month.
Also, over a 5 year mortgage term, the tenants will have paid down about $40,000 on the mortgage. So there is that equity/profit as well.

Always wanted to be a practice manger myself, figured out my personality was wrong for it.

Sore AF OG's. Thanksgiving set me back quite a bit, need to make a plan for the Christmas break so as not to lard and weaken up :/

vvv How much will it cost to renovate that basement unit OG?

My goal is the national practice manager at some point–trying to align myself accordingly. I'm finishing up my current project and my next one is with two of our national leads, that should be interesting (and good for me if it goes well).

I had arguably my best month this year for lifting–lost a little in my waist, gained some in chest, lost a fraction in bf and maintained 191 lbs. Arms are staying the same, though. Goal for this month is more strength and some volume, stepping up HIIT too.

Edit: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=173035641

got the tree up, doing lights now – back to the grind tomorrow!

I ended up switching to all LED's this year–for 380 of them, they're Sylvania, base warm white with red and blue–then they're all synced up to create multi-color light show–another 200 warm white. I'll post a pic up soon.
