Don’t beat yourself up about it. Happens to the best of us. Everyone constantly shilling the new best thing, watching projects moon as you stand on the sidelines. At least you didn’t buy the peak of this quarter’s pump. you’ll likely have to hold these bags for a few weeks but it shouldn’t be too difficult for Xrp to return to mid50s.

Back in the waltonchain days I remember holding like $3,000 worth accumulated at the $3 mark. And I schit you not an hour after I sold from getting tired of it not moving, it mooned to $10. Wanted to step in front of a bus.
I still have my waltons lmao

Was hoping to dump at 1 dollar. Went to like 80 cents and crashed back down to 30. I cri evrytyme

The fall of xrp is a taste of whats to come for ALL scam coins. And we sure know there´s lots of scam coins in crypto.

Just lol at Michael Saylor tweeting people will lose their faith in Gold as a safe haven asset. Haha. Gold is the best store of value, and a much better store of value than Btc will ever be. Gold is staying fairly stable, while crypto is massively unpredictable. People don´t buy btc with the motive being storing value, they buy it in hope of price increase. Gold is more bought with the motive being storing value, not crazy price increase.

Holly sushi coin -24%, I've been watching it that for a while waiting for Defi to collapse. My Eth mining revenue went from $225 a day to $364, meaning people are moving a lot of eth I assume its defi holders getting out.

right now I'm short 2.5 weeks of mining revenue, will add a little bit every day is the market is still soft.

SEC action was inevitable eventually in crypto. This might set a precedent for other coins being labeled as securities, or not. Hopefully the latter in the med term.

If I were a short term trader I'd probably have exited the entire market on news of the lawsuit tbh, until the dust settles.

Since I'm long term, I'm kinda glad tbh that something might get resolved via the lawsuit. This securities thing has been hanging over crypto for years.

XRP won't be the only one that has question marks over whether it's a security. ETH could too and every other alt that's a token.

XRP is in the firing line, but other alts are behind. Being deemed a security will hurt he entire crypto space.

I wouldn't think so, you can't stop Eth or BTC and the SEC has already ruled on BTC and ETH. XRP is a centralized coin printed and sold not mined. But i'm no expert on alts, but if I was a coin dev no way I'd be headquartered in the USA. SEC is a scumbag organization, I've dealt with the SEC on and off for 20 years. Asia will eclipse us while we wait for SEC rulings and regs.

It will be a crazy ride with plenty of FUD but in the end theirs no way to stop crypto.

I am of the opinion that whoever created the top 10-20 big name cryptos (more or less) behind the scenes are all well above the SEC's pay grade and that this is largely a dog and pony show.

Lube up, because this might be coming...

"U.S. cryptocurrency users hoping to transfer their holdings from an exchange to their own personal wallets may need to comply with new know-your-customer (KYC) requirements under a rule proposed by the Treasury Department Friday."

https://www.coindesk.com/fincen-prop...crypto-wallets

Based civil rights activist...

"“Marta Belcher, a civil liberties and technology attorney, told CoinDesk that in her view, “one of the most important things about cryptocurrency is that it imports the civil liberties benefits of cash into the digital sphere by allowing for anonymous transactions.”

The ANPR is part of a trend where the U.S. government seeks to implement traditional banking system surveillance tools in the crypto space, said Belcher, who is also special counsel at the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

There are photos from the Hong Kong protests of long lines at the subway stations as protestors waited to purchase tickets with cash so that their electronic purchases would not place them at the scene of the protest,” she said. “These photos underscore that a cashless society is a surveillance society; that is why the ability to import the anonymity of cash to the digital world is so important for civil liberties.”"

I just loaded huge bags of xrp at 25cents.

May not have been the absolute bottom but THIS is when we’re supposed to be loading. Not during peaks (if you’re trying to make money)

Mt Gox Bitcoin is on the move!THis is not a drill!

Whoever gets btc from Mt Gox after all these years are in massive profit if they sell now. Lawyer that handles the Mt Gox case still holds 150k Btc

EDIT: Some are saying it´s not the Mt gox funds, even tho whale alert posted so.

Anyways. Bitcoin really died after Mike Hearn and Gavin Andresen was chased out of the bitcoin community.

I wouldn’t go full blown sky is falling. As long as you aren’t being tested as a security and can pass the Howey test you’re clear of SEC. BTC, LINK, and ETH are safe. Everything else can burn anyway as far as I’m concerned
