The very definition of tool watch. Very good quality, unique engineering.

Fuark been a while but it's good to be back on the misc.
In the time I've been gone I picked up a Seiko manual wind from about the 60s or 70s in really good nick for about $150, and recently a JLC travel clock for about $350AUD (srs). The clock is working nicely but the alarm is kinda broken in that the bell thingo seems to be broken off from the actual ringing mechanism - the ringing mechanism works fine and just makes a buzzing noise now. Gonna head to a watchmaker bloke tomorrow and get it looked at.
Here it is (sorry for ant-sized quality):

Thanks brahs. Any experience buying from them in the US? Their US distributor, watchbuys.com, doesn’t have the model Iv’e been eyeing, the 144 ST SA.

The alarm always just buzzes brah, there's nothing broken. That's why they call these cricket alarms.

Thoughts on seiko sarb033?
50 hr power reserve. For $300 I'm thinking it might be higher quality than a similarly price ETA. Looks plain but quality as fuk

I prefer Damasko. Their base model has some nice qualities that deserves the price it's being asked for.

I like that a lot. Doesn't look too bad on you. Throw it on a bund strap for some added heft.

Here's a big to little collection lineup. It even makes the vintage seamaster and the 34mm airking look decent sized.
