Bench day usually kills my lats to the point where I can't do more than a few (can normally do at least 25+ straight)

I've been doing this for a meal here and there recently. I was telling my friend that I don't feel any better or worse, but the fact that I'm doing it makes me feel ok lol. Poured some chia seeds in my protein shake this morning as well. Feeling good about that.

I had my diet and routine dialed in but ended up getting sick as hell. I've been sick for two frickin weeks. So I haven't worked out and my diet has been 50/50. I'm pissed off about it. In other news, my boss told me she just put in her two week notice. I'm second in command so we'll see how this plays out.

X2 on the dumpage.

I did the veggie smoothie thing most all of last year.. Started out every day but dialed it back to ~2-3 days per week because of too much time spent in bathroom. I had a physical in January though and my cholesterol was lower than it had been at the last physical. So I'm totally on board team smoothie..

For all you guys drinking veggie and/or fruit smoothies: have you noticed a difference in your daily energy? Maybe a little extra pep in your step? I've been debating on starting a regimine and would love some feedback. Thanks!
