If you aren't willing to do PS looksmaxing will only change so much. Often the most dramatic change will be fat brahs getting lean. If you are already lean and have good teeth/skin there is not much more to do.

I had herbst appliance with my braces for recessed chin/jaw. I guess it helped some but still pretty GAS. Without actual PS I will never have chad status jawline and chin.
