Get strong on all your big lifts but don't sacrifice volume (eg don't do 3x3 chit), whilst doing lots of accessory exercises (curls/flies/pullovers/extensions) to add that extra volume needed for hypertrophy.
The basics work.

bench is pure extrapolation, i have done 225 for 2 at like 90kg a long time ago, but recently i pause benched 92.5 which is like 210 i think. i actually tried 225 and failed it today. however it was paused for like a second, so touch and go i wouldve gotten it i reckon. so this still kind of holds.
so my lifts using 531 programming are:
177.5 squat 400
92.5 bench paused 210
70 ohp paused 155
175 deadlift 395
so its actually even worse, because i was at my strongest in nov/dec at a bw of 85. all those numbers were true at this time. maybe i detrained slightly and look worse now, prompting me to panic a bit and make this thread?

One thing that OP missed on his OP is mentioning his nutrition. What we need to know is his calorie intake per day. OP must be doing eat-all-you-can daily and expecting to see some muscles.
Sorry OP but its really hard to believe those lifts with that body. Even with chitty form, it's still hard to believe.
You have to cut first. Maybe switch your lifts to be more on high intensity / cardio based workout while cutting your calories and assess later on. If you are telling us the truth about those lifts, you should be able to see some progress while cutting. Maybe aim for 20 lbs first and if its still not there, go for another 5 or 10 lbs.

This thread needs videos for proof. I have a hard time believing that at 6ft and with that body frame Opie is able to pull 400lbs and press 175lbs. Even the 2 plate bench is hard to imagine.

OP's problem comes down to the volume, tonnage, and density of his workouts. Coming from texas method and 5/3/1, OP has presumably done very little accessory work which means the only stimulus that he's getting is from the big 3/4 if you include OHP. Im not going to calculate the numbers right now to figure out the tonnage, but OP is most likely doing 30 total reps of squats, 5 reps of deadlifts, and 30 reps of bench on the texas method. As someone who's ran the texas method in the past, I am willing to bet my life OP isn't doing much accessory work outside of what the program calls for. Texas Method is brutal, especially the 'volume' day which will leave anyone drained.
OP, what I would recommend is to get on a PHAT type workout split or run conjugate method. You can focus on your strength work one day of the week which would be low volume and the next workout you focus on high volume/tonnage workout in a limited amount of time. People who are aesthetic are that way because they do a shytton on volume in a short amount of time. You want to make your workouts as dense as possible.

Been waiting for the last couple of days of my ban to tick down to post in this thread
I was lurking the exercises forum during band camp and op was in there posting some absolutely chit advice (like chit tier personal trainer whose max squat is 135 level advice), he got called out and was actually told to fuk off back to the misc by a mod.
Anyway, I guarantee 90-95% that he is frauding his lifts. I would be happy for him to prove otherwise with vids, they would make me eat my words but my gut tells me we won't see any.
Edit: o lawd I see the climb down has already started further up the thread, there is still a way to go.

Been waiting for the last couple of days of my ban to tick down to post in this thread
I was lurking the exercises forum during band camp and op was in there posting some absolutely chit advice (like chit tier personal trainer whose max squat is 135 level advice), he got called out and was actually told to fuk off back to the misc by a mod.
Anyway, I guarantee 90-95% that he is frauding his lifts. I would be happy for him to prove otherwise with vids, they would make me eat my words but my gut tells me we won't see any.
Edit: o lawd I see the climb down has already started further up the thread, there is still a way to go.
