I swam 6k+ yards because I forgot to stop. I ran a mile at 5m something seconds for my warm up.

We all have our own yardsticks to measure up to.

Lifting is the easiest part of what I do. I don't go easy. I am not on any growth type shut, but I take stuff that really motivates

I don’t know what this means but ok.

I'm still fairly new to this scene but it never ceases to amaze me how many 'lifters' spend so much of their time looking at what other people are doing instead of focusing on their own workout.

I mean guys are doing 3 reps, walking halfway across the gym to the cardio area, wheezing while they blatantly stare at a woman on the mats planking, what a chit show. If I opened my own gym I'd (not care about making money) ban people that did chit like this.

imo it depends on your perspective of what the word "big" is. you are saying just by how massey they look? cuz bruce lee only weighed under a 150 pounds and he looked more intimidating if i saw him on the street than some bloatmaxxer. a lot has to do with how powerful/big you appear and not how much overall mass you have.

and your thread title you used the word "look big" and not "be big", so there's a difference.

Lol I was training last night as was meanmugged by what I think was a 19 year old kid, 5’8”-5’9” and MAYBE 150 wearing a cut off that said “I’d rather be lifting”...

I was doing a light day.

Standing beltless OHP 155x8x5
Superset with 30 lb db’s rear delt flies and curls for sets of 15.
Moved to 35 lb front raises
Lateral cable raises
Move to smith machine Yates rows
Straight arm pull downs superset with face pulls
Over to 245 snatch-grip rows for 4 sets of 12
Finished with a quick bench up to the 225x27...

Kid walked hard the entire time and I didn’t react...my gf did by laughing at him when she saw him do it. Nothing more was needed. Hahaha

Time to get shhhhhhredded right boyos. I'm eating 1300 cals of white rice and 20g of protein a day. All the sloots at the beaches I don't go to are going to be mirin my bones

3 sets of 48 with the DBs on incline so I can isolate the upper chest. Just lmao if you do any barbell work. Go light and focus on form. Really squeeze the muscle. Its all about that mind/muscle connection. I go home and eat six twinkies after because IIFYM and IF. Fukin lmao if you have a brotein shake after

PPL every day. I do so little work in the gym that I don't even need to worry recovery. LOL @ you if you spend more than 10 minutes in the gym per day

Honestly it’s all about being shredded. Girls think someone who weighs 165lbs shredded looks better than 200lbs with more muscle and some fat
Bench: 45lbx4,500 reps
Deadlift: 100x6,500 reps
Squat: wtf is "squat"?

I've known a lot of guys that lifted for girls during my decades in the gym. They all last about a year or two before they realize no amount of muscle or shredz is going to fix their autistic personality

Keep flexing on them hoes though guy. They'll notice you eventually

I am not the one insulting you. And thanks for responding. I am going to sleep in 20min or less if I can, so don't feel insulted if I don't respond again.

I don't work out for girls, but the workout I do is the epitome of attracting girls. I don't care what you squat. Do you care that I can run a sub 6min mile, cruise at a 7min mile pace for distance, swim 4000+ yards straight up, do 30 pull-ups?

No, I mean, really who fuking cares. Other than your joints a few years from now.

You call me fake but you're not insulting me. I guess being fake is considered a compliment now

I guess I'm out of touch with the dating scene. Do you run for girls to turn them on? Do you open with your mile times when you cold approach?

That's great man. Impressive. I can appreciate all kinds of fitness. Its a shame that you can't. That kind of narrow view is really damaging.

If you think running is great for your joints, I've got some seriously bad news for you.

No. I actually run. I don't jog, but thanks for not knowing what you are talking about. I do have problems related to lifting and had surgery to correct it. Shoulder...because I just kept going heavier and heavier. It never felt too heavy. And then everything went bad.

Um, what? I never mentioned jogging

Sorry to hear that. It sounds like you need some help with lifting in general

I guess I'm out of touch with the dating scene. Do you run for girls to turn them on? Do you open with your mile times when you cold approach?

I fukin love you.

Hey man...running is good for you joints. I used to run 20k’s...when I was 160 lbs and my knees and ankles hurt more than they ever have squatting 600.

I wonder what this kid looks like.
