Got puts on a bunch of chit 2 weeks out. Already up 30-50% even though I got them late. Only thing now is to predict what the bottom would be to get some joocy calls. I think we see at least a 5% pullback after up 8% last month. That would put SPY sub $400.

Yeah it would be tempting to have that buying power, which is good to have in this market. Like you said, never know though especially right now. Because if it for sure was going to $119-120 I would, but it's apple and not as risky as some of my other positions so may be wise to just hold. Gotta do what you think is best.

this could be that moment where you go ah tesla has strong support at $660 level. might be the bottom floor for it.

downside is $640 / $620 / $590 if this doesn't hold.

If we see rising interest rates then I once again recommend WFC, even at these prices relative to this current market valuation. And If we see broad market panic selloff, that would be the quality I'd be searching for.

Might not be a bad idea to invest in tech growth stocks today srs

If interest rates rise, tech will be doing well because they have awesome margins.

Also, small bet on $22 may 14th calls @ $.80 (PLTR)

I’ll travel this path alone.

But if anyone believes my long term sentiment (not the WSB and Reddit pump bs, not the recent price fluctuations, or my rogue ass calls, but the actual company) then how is this not a dream come true??? The stock could possibly spike on certain news at any point, which is fine and people generally shouldn’t gamble on it, but to get this kind of discount before an early earnings? Cmon man, people should be celebrating and averaging in at these prices on modest margin. Simple.
I'm in PLTR but for the long run. I don't know why people buy it and freak out about the short term price fluctuations. This is an incredibly safe LONG TERM investment. Data is king.

I can see it getting to 40-50 this year and 200 in 5 years.

I think their margins are going to get smaller if the costs of basic goods is going up.

There should be less money available to spend on an even more expensive iphone.

Their input costs are going up as well.

It's not that simple. The underlying business yes. Here is where things get fukked up, rising interest rates change the risk/reward formula which has massive automatic impacts on institutional investors, pension funds, etc. on asset allocation. It causes massive rearrangements of holdings based on what a computer tells people to do. They all have the same damn computer.

But yes, tech can be a shield if you can weather oscillations and allow true value to demonstrate itself. The Q is, is Tesla really a $1 trillion company or a $100 B company?

Rising interest rates could make us flirt with the idea that it is a $100 B company.

Many tears may be had soon, lol

Honestly I'd be pretty high on luxury cars right now if that was in my price range. I think we're going to see a lot of cars hitting the market soon.

Similar to rolling into an oil patch during a bust to score loaded out pickups

What's the point of announcing that? We already know they're cowards that can't even hike rates by 0.25% at risk of crashing the economy. Powell has already said inflation is purely transitory. Why does she feel the need to open her mouth?

I swear the only reason they could possibly do this is to either test the waters, or burn a bunch of long positions for the institutional trading bots to scoop up the low prices

It sure looks like economy is ready to explode with pent up demand.

I mean look at this stuff. Market is signalling JPow to stop printing. Unemployment payments run till September like how is that good idea.

Covid is on way out. Commodities through the roof. Inflation is here but fed not seeing it.

A Florida McDonald's is paying people $50 just to show up for a job interview, and it's still struggling to find applicants

Anyone go thru the TLRY / APHA merger?

Went from 587 shares of APHA to 491 shares of TLRY

My boy only had one share of APHA for fun and e-trade deleted his whole share then charged him a $38 fee which is over double the stock price…
