IMO, being jacked is just a muscular person who is lean. Pretty hard for a chick to get jacked without working their fukkin ass off. We don't gain muscle as easily and our bodies want a higher bf%. I would looked jacked if I was lean. But I would have to kill myself to get there.

Summer wardrobe option:

White: Nice and cool as it doesn't absorb the sun. Possibility to turn see through and potential yellow pit stains.

Grey: Still pretty good with sun absorption. You start to sweat and you'll get some looks the rest of the day.

Black: Oh god it's so fuuking hot in this thing but no one can see my sweat so I'm going to wear it and maybe drop 2lb of water weight ayyy lmao.

Wearing black during summer always make me feel like a emo kid. Only way I can do it is if I'm wearing dye wash or light brown jeans/chino. Or I pair it with shorts.

All of my black shirts have logos on them.

Dumbest sh*t ever my team for outdoors gave up black warm up shirts so in the heat after a long day we're all dying. Fuuk black shirt, black shorts, black jersey, black tights.

Oh man it wasn't fun. My Canada gear is probably going to be all black as well. Sh*t give me something lighter.

Judo, BJJ, Submission Wrestling, and a little MMA.

I prefer snapping joints and choking a dude out to just KOing them.

Srsly tho, been wrestling/grappling since I was a kid.

I only wear dark shirts, gets rid of the puffy nip look. Also only athletic fit, else the titties make it look like I'm 50lbs overweight.
