Holy fuk brahs, they really did it, Game looks absolutely amazing ultra with ultra RTX, feels like a cut scene everytime. Im getting 50-60 fps with DLSS performance, and I cant really tell the downgrade from performance with quality, just that I get better Frames.
My resolution is almost 4k. its 5120x1440, running on stock 10900k and stock 3080. so much hnnng.

The visuals are fantastic. Getting 40-60 FPS on 1440p with everything on high/ultra with my 2080. The raytracing adds immersion for sure. Seeing the reflections of neon signs in the windows of cars kind of blew me away.

Aside from the RTX 2060 not handling the game super well on 1080p High this is the bee's knees. Going to spend as much time playing as I expected.
RIP all the choombas still waiting for their PS5s and 30xx series cards though.

Playing on my 6 year old PS4. Looks really good. Some stuff is slow to pop in, but it's stuff that can be fixed. Wasn't sure why all the doom and gloom around last gen consoles. This game has spent more time being developed for last gen consoles than new. :P
Been looking for a PS5… no luck.
Edit: OK I take back what I said about looking good when you get into the open areas of the city. It's.. passable.

I have yet to encounter any bugs after around 3 hours of play. Defiantly need to play around with the settings to tweak FPS but with everything maxed out I’m getting for the most part 60+ FPS with a 1080gtx. I have Friday off work so I will likely neckbeard the **** out this game all day. Small gripe so far is spongy enemies. Hoping it will feel better later on when I have better weapons and stats.
EDIT driving feels like dog **** with mouse and keyboard. Surprised they weren’t able to get this much better after 8 year development.

The no nipples/genitals option in the character creator is groundbreaking lol.
I like the organic cover system in combat, the gun peeks around corners so you aren't exposed too much. Too bad you can't slide and shoot at the same time though.

Ill be honest so far its a bit boring and kind of a chore.
Theres a lot of noise with a small amount of creativity peppered in but theres a lot of flaws too.
Probably the main game ruining issue for me right now is that when you go into the menus theres the most annoying static sound that constantly plays and bugs me to the point I want to leave the menus due to anxiety.
A couple political tropes immediately emerged such as interracial and the criticism of no free health care and kinda handled in an almost condescending tone coming from the EU world view.
I feel like it hard work put into it that im forced to appreciate the details but at the same time it feels like a chore to absorb this content.
Hopefully it gets better but at this point its clear to me this can't possibly compare to Witcher 3 and its magic.
As for bugs I haven't experienced any bad ones and my performance is good. The graphics look great but at the same time also outdated in a weird way. Something is off. Maybe its the art style which is both good and odd at the same time.
The one bug I had is I was at the club and all the fat obese character models were stuck in T-poses instead of animated. And also some lesser NPC don't have their mouths working when they talk sometimes.

My i5 8700k + 2080 can run high settings no problem at 3440 x 1440p. About 3 hours in and game is amazing so far.

this game was not built for last gen consoles. this is a proper PC game that pushes hardware to the limit. either wait for PS5 next gen or get it on PC.
