I had a conversation with someone in a high position about this and of course you can't ask stuff directly cause u can get in trouble pretty quick so I joked: "hey xyz so how are you doing with the NEW modeling team cause after last predictions I bet they got all fired lol"

the answer was: the models are build based on historical data (no zhit sherlock)and this is new - that has been their fall back the last few weeks but patience is running thin… so "I meaning me" am expecting 1 or 2 more months of way off data.

Very true.

The predictions they release to the public are different than their actual predictions and how they trade.

They will use the historical data to insist that they made an honest mistake. When the jobs numbers were off by 75% they said that was because they didn't account for the extra unemployment benefits but the extra unemployment was already going on and they knew it would be extended before it was actually extended. They use "didn't account for that"[(fake)anomaly] and "historical data" to pretend what they are doing isn't deliberate.

It will sell off one more time before going into price discovery imo.

Put it into watchlist waiting for dip.

Resistance is $156 if it can break that who knows what happens again. Could retest all time high and bounce up or down.

There was ugly bar on last time it hit $165 and sold off next day 30 cut.

do 40% VOO 40% QQQ 20% NVDA or something srs

Regarding NVDA's dominance, I wouldn't be surprised if AMD put out a new GPU architecture on par with NVDA's Ampere technology sometime in 2022 (srs) AMD is usually regarded as a CPU company, but they are a leader in GPUs as well (they are currently outshined by NVDA, but this can/likely will change sometime in the future)

I had it till end of March. Didn't continue.

You can try 7 day free trial see if you like it.

You can find where volume / oi without needing cheddarflow on your broker or many free sites.

If you're interested short term swing and option trading weekly/monthly than its worth it.

Currently I just find people posting screenshots on twitter if you search for symbol say "$SPY option flow"

One thing you need to keep in mind option flow is always idea. It doesn't work every time.

Here is two sites I like to use to review after market close.

https://marketchameleon.com/Reports/optionVolumeReport

Sort by total call volume and check the Relative 90 day average.

Also keep an eye on this site

again sort by volume and than OI.

https://www.barchart.com/options/unu...ctivity/stocks

So here is example where option flow helped.

Few pages back you can find that post I noticed Ford was getting abnormal call buying before truck launch (yes there was put buying)

F150 EV gets introduced next day I dump right at open (great profit)

Yesterday even more call buying goes up and ford goes abnormally up even more.

So in that case option flow worked good.

Now you might think so easy.

There was so much volume yesterday on apple $128C and $130C that expired worthless.

Take for example stock like UPST.

There is options on it weekly and nobody was buying yet it had monster day/week.

Location x10000 for you real estate fukers

Real estate went up in my area because of Rona moving people out of cities (SF) , Silicon valley (companies buy new employees houses and will overbid 50k+ just to get the house) , building materials went up + other inflationary variables, there is a VERY low housing supply here and of course many other factors.

Its a MIX of many things so each area will have different factors in play…I pretty much agree with everything Chino3 said tho (he would know since he has the experience)

I bought my house last year when Rona first started so I luckily got impeccable timing because nobody was looking to buy when the china virus started so I only had to bid against one person. The houses here since then all have over a dozen bids and house prices here have gone up 100k in a year SRS. Yes my house gained 100k and possibly even more since the same model across the street from me sold for 695k (not updated and in bad shape).

NVDA splitting, I'd say its a buy. Been long on it forever and its always done me well.

Currently waiting for the next crypto surge.

Should have bought more F and if it goes below 12 again I'm buying more.

Happy weekend *******s

That NVDA dip when everything was selling off was such a good opportunity to buy LEAPs. If you have the capital I still think they are an amazing choice. Guaranteed to make you a shiet ton of money.

I'd put it all into NVDA and stay away from ETF's you'll make more guaranteed if you stay long / don't panic sell. NVDA is going to 1k+ mark my words, I know its splitting but just do the math after the split and you'll see soon when you 4x one share it'll be over 1k. The fuking crypto world is still exploding upwards and the demand for the GPU's alone is on par with the semi conductor shortage. Not to mention all of their other innovations. Think what would happen to the world around us if this company didn't exist….

Anyone in this thread who doesn't have NVDA should be questioning themselves right now.
