nice. i think i'm going to start doing maybe 1 sprint day, then 1 long distance day, and alternate that way. the long distance day should be great for cutting and building general endurance so it doesn't take me 5 seconds to run the last 30m of the 100m sprint, and the 100m just to get fast in general. always was the chubby kid, one of the slowest in my all my classes etc. no longer lol.

Just do what I do. Buy an air conditioner from Costco at the end of May and return it before the 90 day period ends. You get it for the 3 hottest months basically

Went golfing last year in like August. Was like 45 degrees or something stupid like that. Wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be since it was that super dry heat.

Ya it's got a lot of random stuff that a lot of time once it's all sold they don't get anymore in stock. But if you go on their website they have a lot of other stuff as well. I guess even though their freaking stores are huge they still can't fit all their inventory. Like their website has like a dozen mattresses they sell but that **** would take up so much room in one of their stores. But ya, even the American website has so much more stuff than we do.

thought the italians were hairy as fuk haha. i kinda got hair everywhere (including the parts where nobody wants it, back delts etc ) but it's not huge and doesn't stick out which is nice. well congrats kid, you're officially a man now

yeah man just school and work. graveyard shifts blow but I got an A- in cell bio which is amazing since i only went into the final with an A and srsly thought i failed the final since it was so damn hard and i knew nothing. we made it haha

but other than that, just cutting. i've been running a lot, tho i haven't hit the gym in a while, maybe 5 times in the past month. i have no motivation to lift anymore man, all i want to do is run. is that a bad thing?

I dunno man, I don't like pasta either so maybe my parents will tell me I got picked up at the humane society or something.

How many years left you got until pharm school? And that's a juicy mark bro, congrats. Nights blow pretty hard but should be alright unless they swap nights and days like with nurses and stuff. No idea how you stack that with school unless you do evenings or early morning classes?

Good that you're running, hopefully your knee's fixed up then. And nah, lifting should be something you want to do. How's the cut going?

i'm applying this year so i have this year left. but i gotta ace this year since pharm schools also count your last 30 credits average along with your first year pre reqs (but for some reason, apparently your second year pre req courses don't factor in to the grade calculation, which sucks since i got As in organic). going to be packing it full 15 credits with a ton of labs in case I don't get in cause I don't want to be in school for 6 years just to get an undergrad degree. but yeah, sitting in a car and watching movies is pretty slack, not much work to it. just hurts my damn knees not moving for 8 hours at a time.

i don't know about the knees you know. it's like, they feel better but at the same time every time i do squats and something, there's no pain but it doesn't feel like its 100% yet. last time i did sprints my knees were swollen like a bitch. i'm taking a few pills for them which have helped a lot + ice. cut is going decent, i really just started last week and for the first time ever, i feel like i'm making progress, probably because the runs, which is awesome.

you still cutting too?

not sure. with school and exams and everything i just kind of fell out of lifting and haven't got back into it. but i'm about to go hit the gym right now. probably barely bench 135 :/

Sounds like a good job though. Tough year up ahead maybe but if it's your last year no reason not to give it all your attention. Get out of school as quick as you can to get where you want to go in my opinion.

If you want to get back into lifting, SBD knee sleeves are the real deal. Cutting is kind of cool because you can see changes pretty quick, so yea definitely know that feel.

you still cutting too?
No man I put on like 14lbs in 6 weeks. Bodyfat hasn't really changed though, probably lots of water and food weight. It's wonderful. Then I need to cut up again when I can't breathe going up stairs.

I mean if you are going to get rid of one type of training then ditch cardio. Its bad when girls over do the cardio but its just sickly if men do it. I've seen some horrific bodies than would make schindler's list a kid movie back when I was into road biking.
