What's a large athletic event without a flame right? This was pretty awesome and built for the games.
This is where I'll be throwing out of on Wednesday. It's in the middle of the stadium looking out at the mountains. I'm hoping that it's going to be packed in there when I throw.

Last one for now the shot putters for team Canada at this event. My fatceps look decent for once lol. Sorry potato quality not my camera.
and that's it for now. Tomorrow I don't think I'll be able to take many photos since I can't have my phone with me in the comp. But I'll get to explore after and have some more interesting photos.

Well I competed last night and it wasn't a great result for me. I'm not familiar with the format and the conditions were not great. I can't go into more details because I'm not allowed to post on social media about it.
But it was an awesome experience and now I have a week in Korea.

On a side note, I started my cut Monday last week so about 12 days ago. So far so good. I can already see changes. BRB, cutting on 3300 cals and 300 grams of carbs and making progress. Dat ecto life.
