Now what does this mean to the owners of a CCW permit/license?

Constitutional carry is open carry without a permit, but in order to conceal carry going to need a permit?

Is this how it works?
I can’t speak to what Florida is going to look like, but in Missouri, there are advantages to having a CCW over simply relying on constitutional carry. Below is a list of advantages of going through the training and having your CCW.

My recommendation to anyone who talks to me about carrying a concealed weapon on a regular basis is that they have two cards: 1) CCW and 2) USCCA membership

This is a based take. Srs.

Even in Wyoming where people gunmaxx and can carry concealed legally, a lot of people still have a CCW and insurance. All it takes is for one uneducated cop or a self defense situation to ruin your life, or at the least provide a huge inconvenience.

I enjoy shooting 300 blk subs. Was at the range this afternoon and shot a bunch. It was going to be a range toy from the get go, so not everyone who shoots that round is a retard bruh.

It's okay to have fun guns and practical guns. As long as you're not poor.

ETA I do like that I can have 9" barrel and a 7" suppressor and still get a ~2200 fps .30 cal round for hunting bambie. A 16" gun is a handy length for walking around the woods.

7.62x39 is inferior to 5.56 because of the lack of match ammo in that configuration.
That one fact ALONE makes it inferior. And that's just one.

Worst round of all time :

7.62 Russian or 5.7?

Both are absolutely terrible and used by plebs across the globe so it’s a tough call.

I don't mean to fan the cinders of the 5.56/.300 bo debate again, but did this guy make a good point about using BO on a barrel this short? If someone made a rifle this short, and .300 still isn't ideal, what other caliber would be used? 9mm?

Use a 10.3-11.5" barrel

What was his point? More recoil shooting slower with far more expensive ammo and supers/sub with zeroes that are different by like minute of alaska?

Except it won't actually run both subs and supers reliably, he is pointing out it is going to need to be dedicated to either subs or supers. lol

Our we overthinking this ? No one is claiming 300aac would replace 5.56 it’s just cool cause it’s quiet with a can and subs, can use super short barrels and I’d imagine is way more satisfying that plinking with .22lr. That’s all it is. Would make a handy home defense gun I imagine.

Plinking with 300 instead of .22lr?

I'm not sure even procon chooses to waste money like that

If you want it 'cause it's a "cool" toy, by all means. But this super practical do it all versatile argument is lol

This is true. There is a mega poi difference between supers and subs, especially at 200 yds.

Or even a 9mm PCC and a can, if .22 LR isn't good enough.

Subsonic 9mm is at least half the price of .300 subs.

That's about what I've been paying for .300 subs. Sometimes less.

The cheapest .223 match ammo is more expensive.

This. I just picked up a basic 300blk upper for $150 and threw a cheap mil spec CH and spare $60 BCG in it along with a 3d printed lower. Super cheap setup to shoot stupid quiet. Ammo is expensive but I don't need a ton of it. If nothing else, it's a good one to introduce people to silencers with haha.

My coworker knocked down three deer last season and four the season before that. All with 5.56, and most with a 10.3" gun.

Shot placement.

Funny thing is, he let's me hunt the same area and I have yet to take one.
