I'm thinking about getting my car windows tinted because my car can get hot as hell when sitting in the sun.
How much does it generally cost? Also anyone that had it done did you like it?

Maybe look into a job doing dryland training for camps i.e. goalie camp? My old dryland coach was studying the same thing as you iirc…kudos to him for keeping up with my fat ass. Lots of comp. teams are incorporating it now so it's probably a good time to get into it.

Backpacking trip got cut short… Spent 3 nights in the Canadian Rockies before returning back to our cars due to bad circumstances.
The first 3 nights were filled with relentless rain and encounters of misfortune.
Most of our gear was soaked by the second night since the rain just did not give up
Couldn't start any fires as our campgrounds prohibited them at such high altitudes
Managed to get some nice pictures but they really don't do justice
We were forced to turn around as the Northover Pass ridge seemed impassable…
Although it is one of the most famous passes in the Kananaskis area, parts of the ridge were less than shoulder width apart
At 3000m in elevation, a misstep could certainly lead to death
In addition, during our attempts to cross over, a blizzard hit our group pretty hard
Leading to very limited visibility and freezing conditions
A few members got sick, another hurt his knee
Kind of pissed off at not being able to continue on as I thought of another path to finish our trip
But in our group of 8, only one was willing to march on
I will have to come back to test the ridge again and plan another trip to visit Assiniboine
On the way to Aster Lake: you can see Hidden Lake and Upper Kananaskis Lake below
Top of Aster Lake Campground: the waterfall pictured in the above picture can be seen here. Aster Lake feeds into the Fossil Falls
Top of Mount Sarrail: this leads to the Northover Ridge
The other side of Mount Sarrail: before the blizzard rolled in
On the Northover Ridge: at nearly 3000m in elevation, the contrast between the two sides of the ridge was incredible. Paradise awaited at 3 Isles Lake
Another view of 3 Isles Lake: was unfortunately able to find another trail to begin our descent there

Long weekend plans people? I'm working and apparently we don't get overtime even though it's a holiday. Can't wait for school to start so I can bail this ****ty gig.
